  • THE 5 "D"s of Successful Atkins

    1. Desire
You simply MUST want to do this for yourself. Nobody can motivate you, but you.

    2. Drive
You simply MUST get behind the 'wheel' and focus your energies on your goal. No one and nothing will stop you when you're 100% focused.

    3. Determination
You simply MUST set your mind 100% on lifetime success. Everyday requires a new commitment.

    4. Discipline
You simply MUST discipline your mind. Forget that 'entitlement' mentality. Train your mind to choose the right foods. Think before you swallow.

    5. Dedication
You simply MUST dedicate yourself to taking charge of your health. Whatever your mind believes, your body will achieve.

DID YOU NOTICE THAT "DIET" WASN'T ONE OF THE 'D' WORDS?? That's because this is not a diet. This is the way you eat. Forever.

Reaching your goal is not the END. Its only the beginning. The same 5 "D"s are required for the rest of your life, even when you hit lifetime maintenance. Your health is at stake. Your future is at stake. Be an example to the world that Atkins isn't a DIET ... its HOW YOU LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!
