      junk foods ... chips, cookies & every single sweet things chocolate, etc. (baked or otherwise)

              Nuts! I know it's not the worst food I could be addicted to on atkins but I really crave them bad. Also Bryers low carb butter pecan ice cream. That stuff is sooooo good! I can say no to almost everything else.
              Male, 255 start / 185 now / original goal of 200

                      :wave For a bread taste you can toast walnuts in their shells in the oven and eat them while the are warm . They remind me of nut bread. They satisfy my urge for fresh baked bread.

                        My weakness WAS potatoes but I aint touched it- not ONE morsel, in 2 years.

                        Now I CRAVE salad instead!
