  • Loser wants to Lose More...

    Quick question....

I met my goal earlier this year and have lost a few more lbs since then. I am considering/entertaining the idea of dropping down another 10lbs or to a size 2, whatever comes first.

Have any of your meet goal, maintained for awhile, then decided/thought about trying to lose more??? If so, did you go back to induction or just cut back on your carb intake/up your exercise routine???

    Thanks so much!

Yeah, I got to my original goal within 4 months, so I kept going. I was loving the foods I was eating, so there was no reason to stop!! I also kept up with several miles a day of power walking and doing exercises at home everyday.

By 11 months, I had lost 27 pounds and hit 105. I currently weigh 94 and feel awesome. I am 49 years old, and I run 35 miles a week!!

I met my goal 3 years ago, but now I want to be a smaller size. I"m 5"5 and weigh 130-135lbs, depends.. the most I've gained was 5lbs and then I would lose it again. I want to go back on induction again but it's hard. Will try again May 24 2005. cheer me on ok! :hug

I hit goal and continued to lose however it was difficult maintaining the lower weight so I just accepted my 'size'. I say find your balance point - a weight you can easily maintain - and enjoy the rest of life's journey.
