  • Looking for some help--

I thought about this as well this morning, and since I'm not that great with Excel, maybe someone here has a solution already.

I wanted to rig up a chart in Excel that I can keep all my measurments and weight on it, with another page showing a graph of how I'm doing.

The only one I have right now is one I got from the Microsoft website for the BMI calculator--http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT010482871033

anyone made one yet?? or can this one be modified???

Can't help you with the Excel, but have you looked into www.mybodycomp.com ? You can post your measurements and it will chart them for you.

      hey kitty,
This excel chart from Microsoft is a great template. I had never seen it before, so thanks for sharing! It is very easy to modify. I've already changed some columns (like, I prefer to track my body fat based on my Tanita scale instead of by the generic formulas they use.) I like that they give you 3 different charts as well. If you need help modifying this, just PM me and I'll try to walk you through it.
