My adventures with an herbal cleanse
so a friend told me if i tried an herbal cleanse i could jumpstart my weight loss once again and get off a plateau...well i started drinking a fiber drink and taking herbal cleanse tablet..after the second day i was so sick sorry i had some major diarrhea, felt really weak and got on the treadmill anyway...i did lose some weight but started having chills and fever that evening...i dont know whether to try and finish it or just call it a wash...i was so sick....ughhh...

no actually it cleaned me out after 2 days..but it was more like a colon blowout and i havent taken it since....then i got fever and chills on top of it..maybe i was dehydrated i dont know...ughhh...Comment
