Hey hey........ No weighing for me. DH is trying to tempt me though!!!!!!! LOL He brought the metal monster into the bedroom this morning, put it on his pillow before I woke up with a love letter to me from my scale.......

This is what it said.......( he is a bit of a bugger)

Hello lovely lady, I miss seeing you naked in the mornings. Don't you miss me too? Maybe we can have a little secret affair this afternoon?


OK, I laughed my butt off when I read this! He is such a joker! I called him after I got up and he just giggled at me over the phone.

What he found out when he came home was that I know how to use a screwdriver!

I took the back off and left it under his blanket....kind of like a godfather thing! I hope you get a kick out of this, I certainly did.

BTW, still scale free and will remain that way until he puts the scale back together!

OMG! Jimmie! How funny is that pic! My Dh and I are always asking eachother "is the scale crying?" LMAO I have often wondered.......if my scale could run away would it?

Maybe one day my metal monster will retire to a nice recycling facility somewhere for all of it's years of hard labour!

Erin, I know what you mean. I, too, was getting too friendly with my scale. I used to weigh myself at LEAST 10+ times a day. Used the bathroom, went on the scale. Exercised, went on the scale. Cooking frenzy, went on the scale. Thought about a no-no food item, went on the scale. You get the idea. I was SERIOUSLY addicted. Actually, I'm still addicted, but I've made a commitment to not being a slave to the darn thing. I guess we all have our own little struggles.
