Re: I Am Worth It Challenge ~ Tuesdays Assigmment
1. Honest, sincere, dedicated, motivated, and all around nice guy.
2.Increased energy, better self-image, more stamina, healthy lifestyle and food choices. Makes me a much more knowledgeable person about food intake, and has opened my eyes to all the bad foods sold in the grocery store.
3.a.I stay entirely to busy.
Course of action: actually take the time to appreciate what little time I have during the day. Allow myself to stop and smell the roses every onece in a while.
b. Not good with stress.
Course of action: when stressed find positive ways to deal with it rather than allowing things to fester and finally explode..LOl. Any suggestions, PM- ME. Although, the exercise so far is doing a wonderful job on my stress, thats a plus.
c. I still look negatively on my body and have trouble seeing myself in a positive light. I have lost a great deal of weight but I am still insecure about myself. The only way to work on that is to continue until I reach a point in which I can look at myself and realize how amazing this journey really is, and finally be satisfied with myself reguardless of how I feel others see me.

Yes I did have a tough time with this one...But self searching is a great way to get a better understanding of how and why we do things.
