    I MADE IT!!! That was the good news....the bad news is I am up 1.5 pounds ...But I know that is because of my birthday "week" LOL...and I am back in ketosis, so I expect to pounds to leave in a hurry!

    Thanks for the challenge Jimmie, I am going to try and keep up the good habit and weigh in less, maybe twice a week instead of every morning...I think tuesdays and fridays...I am often gone on the weekends so...

    Congratulations to all who succeeded!!!

        I made it, but i'm up a pound was really hoping for a loss after a week...dh says it muscles from softball, i say it's TOM...who knows...at least I didn't gain a whole lot. As for weighing, well, maybe every 3 days or so just to make sure i'm staying on track.

          i say it's both. 1 or 2 pounds is nothing in the grand scheme of things. it might be gone tomorrow!

            Well I made it, too! I've decided to hop back on the scale tomorrow, mostly because I didn't want to deal with the catbox this morning. LOL I'll move it this afternoon & weigh tomorrow morning.

              I guess I made it too. Unfortunately, I too am up 1.5 lbs. What happened to us ladies? What a coincidence isn't it?

                      Good Morning World!

                      I thought it would have been more - but I guess the stress of not weighing-in got to me, but I lost 8lbs!~ yay!!! Or maybe this just happened to be my slow week, since I seem to be alternating every other week, grrr

                        To be honest...I for one am SOOOOOOOOO glad that week is over. It was so hard for me and I'm never doing it again.....well...maybe...hehehe.

                        I couldn't wait to hop on the scale this morning. I guess maybe the timing isn't right to give up my once daily weighing...(once a day isn't such a bad thing is it...*she says trying to convince herself*)

                        I started out at 175lbs~~~~this morning I am~~~~174lbs!

                        Well a pound is a pound. I would have been happy with the same weight I started out with as I truly believe I felt as if I gained.

                        Congrats to all those who made it though this challenge whether you lost, gained or remained the same. The weight change actually wasn't the challenge here...the challenge was to control yet another addiction so many of us have and to learn to eat to lose weight whether we can weigh ourselves or not.

                        Time for re-evaluation perhaps.

                        Then again, so many used muscles they didn't use before and TOM came a visitin, so there are just too many variables to pin point results.

                        Thanks jimmie for hosting and Wendy for assisting. It was a good experience to have, kinda like sky diving...you do it once to see if you can but never do it again...hehehe

                          OH MY GOSH...That was HARD!
                          BUT I DID IT!!!!
                          and I lost.... 3 POUNDS!!! woohooo...now keeping it off is the trick, as this is the same three 2-3 lbs that I keep going up and down with, but I FEEL a bit slimmer, so maybe...

                          My trick was that I drank a bnch of water as SOON as I woke up...hat way i knew i couldn't get on the scale, cuz i only weigh 1st thing in the mornieng, before all water and food. Drinking the water, tricked me into thinking the scale would read more

                          Great challenge...and I needed it. Maybe I'll keep it up!

                            Well, I wasn't going to get on this morning because TOM is arriving in a day or two....but I did--and was up .5 a pound. Waaaaaaah! I know it hasn't been a perfect week for me, but sheeeesh! I guess I'll try a few days after TOM is here.

                            Congrats to you who lost! And those of you who didn't can come pout with me in the corner....

                                it was only 1/2 pound and you said tom is coming. what's to pout about? tom is coming, you're only up .5 pound, you went scale free for week and you get an award!
