Hello Challengers, You Know, I'm kinda liking this no weighing thing. Driving down the road today I was thinking about all the benifits there are to not weighing every day. So I've decided to see just how long I can go without weighing after the challenge is over. Sherri

but mindy, the whole point of the challenge was to make you/us more aware of our woe, be more in tune with things. if you lose a pound or two, that's a plus.

No scale today. Not even tempted. Thanks Jimmie and Biogeek. I think I will listen to my dd more often. I am off work today,but I am still on my way out for a walk. Have a great scale free day every one! Drink your water!
Scale? What scale? No weighing for me this morning. Gets easier to not step on it as the week goes by. I thinkit is one of those "absent from sight... absent from mind' things for me.
