    I'm certainly up for it - I never really drank much water and although I have started buying bottled water since starting Atkins again I have been falling short of the RDA. I'm weighing in at 150lbs so 75oz's a day is the new target!

        P.S. I discovered a great way for me to remember to drink (I never drink enough water). I keep 8 baking beads in a dish next to the sink and every time I have a drink I take one out and put it in another dish. This way I can see at a glance how many I have had and the pace at which I am drinking. I'll have to increase to 9 beads now. I also have a coloured one I use to remind me to take my vitamin pill.

        Maybe this idea will be of help for someone else.

          Count me in. Seems like a great way to remember to drink all that water.

          I am 259 today so I will be drinking the max. 128oz.

          It is also a good incentive to stick with this diet, so next time this challenge comes around I won't have to drink as much.

              I'm in too. I weigh 164 today so that's 64 oz plus another bottle for a total of 80 oz. I drink Dasani water and those are 16.9 oz. I'm on number 3 so far - 2 more to go. I went walking this morning and I think I walked for about 60 minutes. I'll do the same path tomorrow and I'll time it.

              Oh, no... water bottle 3 is done. Time for number 4!!!

                im a little apprehensive about doing this one. ahh how can i drink 100 oz (or there about) a day?! sometimes i forget to even get 8. well im in. im sure my husband will enjoy teasing me about this one. haha :P

                i like even numbers so im in it with 100 oz.
                i hope my eye balls dont float outta my head.

                  actually that would be 82 oz for you

                  remember not to torture yourself with bathroom breaks ... the challenge doesn't start till the 18th. or you can use the time to practice!

                    you can go to 100 if you like but i'm only holding you to 95, as per your siggy. there might be a day during the challenge that you thank me for dropping the 5 ounces.

                    ps. we hope your eyeballs don't do any floating either.

                          I am having a really hard time with managing 64 oz, but I think this will be a good reason to get me to up my intake. Current weight is 245 - so count me in for 123 oz.

                              nice to see you drop by! i've got you added in and you are so right... by the time the next challenge rolls around, you won't have to drink as much to accomplish the goal! great attitude!

                                i do this sort of thing with pennies on the pledging flights challenge. i have a basket of pennies at the top of my stairs. when i come upstairs i take a penny from one basket and put it in another. with my water, i drink from a pint jar. i know when i have 4 of those drank, i'm good for the day and anything extra is a bonus.
