the Drink Up! Water challenge last for 5 days, usually, and is done on a semi annual basis.
the monthly water challenge, when somebody is there to lead it, last the entire month and usually has a cut off for signing up. that challenge can be found in the Challenges Forum

The number isn't exact. I am drinking out of a sports bottle which is roughly 24 ounces. I tend to slough off that last fill up until the last minute than make a conscious decision to drink it, usually late in the evening. I suppose I could guzzle 48 ounces earlier, but I try to space out my intake. Regardless, 121 ounces is a lot of water (by my standards anyway)

121 is alot by my standards too. i do like the mention of '48' though.
i find if i wait till evening to get even half of my water in, i'm up at least once during the night.

Here us my first post of my first challenge. I was really sick on Sunday, so making the water water quota of 108 oz was easy. Yesterday I had to work, that made things more of a "Challenge." I only had 4 .5ltr bottles finished by 7:30 pm when I left work and my diet sucked for yesterday. I did not eat breakfast until noon. I had two cups of coffee in the morning one at 7am which I do everyday and then I had more at 9:00 am when I got to work (which is something I am trying to stop). I brought a cucmber and some creamcheese for breakfast which turned out to be my lunch, then I never got anything for lunch which would have been my dinner I think...So at 5:00 I had some cheese and celery. I drank bottle number 5 on the way home from work in the car. Then I had 24 more during and after dinner. I was starving. I had a headache - I will NOT do that again. I did make my water 108 oz
Today is still a bit crazy at work, it's almost 3:30 and I am only on my 3rd .5 ltr bottle so I am almost half way for today. I know that I will be OK. I only have to drink water...When I say it to myself it sounds so simple.
