          (Very) Late lunch break. Used it for about 40 min of walking, climbing steps (the emergency exit is a great place to exercise! ) and doing 20 push-ups. So I got my 20 min in.

            I completed my 20 minutes earlier this morning by doing my WATP 2-mile DVD (which is actually 35 min.)

                Yikes, I couldn't go out for a run tonight - roads are so wet it's really dangerous where I live - so I did 20 minutes strength training [crunches, squats and push-ups, worked up a sweat and got the heart rate up to!] Does this count, or should I brave the elements later on to get some proper cardio in?

                  All done! Even though it's 105 degrees outside, it's a cool 68 degrees in my garage where I work-out on my gazelle/glider.
