        I'm getting peeved with this comfort weight business!! Work these last couple of weeks has been very stressful (I've been covering two other office mate's jobs). Things are expected to return to normal next week... so if the stress has had any effect on my weight loss... hopefully I'll find out next week! Anyway...

          Just thought I's share this has been a very successful week for me weight loss wise. I lost 3 lbs, but more importantly I reached my halfway point in weight loss goal. 44 lbs lost to date, 43 more to go. Next goal 199 lbs by 4 Jun!! That's 1.93 lbs a week I have to lose by then, but whose counting? (LOL)

          Hope everyone was a "loser" this week!

            Week #6-197( Lost the extra pound plus one more )

            Hey does anyone have any advice how I can speed up my weight lose a little more. I'm still doing induction but the weight is coming off much slower the second month then the first. Hope everyone had a good week!

                Good morning everyone! Wow, week 6 already (doesn't seem like it's been that long)... thank goodness we have many weeks ahead of us to reach our goals.


                Week #6 Weigh-In:

                Start Weight: 205
                Current Weight: 198
                Challenge Goal: 175

                Total lost for swimsuit challenge: 7 lbs.
                23 lbs. to go!

                I'm down 2 pounds this week and finally under 200! It's been such a long time since I've seen that 1 on a scale that I weighed myself twice thinking maybe I was hallucinating! It's a great yet strange feeling. Making it under 200 was my first weight goal and now that I've achieved it I feel like I've entered the next step. -That in itself is rewarding to me.


                *Topgbpackfan... Congrats on meeting your halfway goal! That's awesome! oh, and on the big loss this week!!

                *Trying Hard... I wish that there was some advice that I get give to speed things up. -But, we seem to be in a similar position with our loss... February was my second month and it was a very slow month for me. So far March is looking promising... maybe there's something about that second month?? :confused Hang in there and be strong - it'll happen :yes

                    Wow We all did well this week! Congrats everyone! :icondance

                    Trying Hard - I think it is quite normal for the weight loss to slow in the second month. I know mine did. I figure if I lose a couple of pounds a week I am losing it in a healthy way and be less likely to pack it back on when I increasing my carb intake more.

                    Don't know about your exercise routine - that will help take it off as well as lose the inches.

                    Just take it day by day you figure two punds a week is 8 a month and 24 over three monts. 24 pounds is a big weight loss, so I guess its all relative

                      mind if i join in? i still have about 3 months before summer gets here!!!
                      as of 2day, i am 183.. i want to lose about 45-50 pounds by the end of may... so im in... keep ya posted!!!

                        Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. I am going to increase my exercise starting this week to 6 days a week instead of 4 and see if that helps. I'm on week 3 of my second and have only lost 2 lbs so far :anger . How annoying is that but hopefully the whoosh fairy will come soon. Good job on everyones weight lose this week keep up the good work!

                          Sure Vikki.

                          The more the merrier. we have"weigh-ins" on Friday. Post your starting waiting and the lbs you lost during the week and the total amount of pounds you have losst during the challenge. Good Luck
