      jacksonunit created this awesome little app. you put in your start weight/date, current weight/date and goal weight/date.

      This is what I come up with for mine:


      GENERAL ANLAYSIS: 11/01/2004

      Day: 107

      My goal is to lose 74 lbs. or 35.41% of my starting weight. So far I have lost 24 lbs. which is 32.43% of my goal .

      This is day 107 of 263 days in my program.
      There are 156 days remainining.

      Currently, my approximate average daily weight loss is 00.22 lbs. My profile requires an approximate average daily weight loss of 00.28 lbs.

      The day after tomorrow will be the third day of the rest of my life!

            • I would like to join the swimsuit challange.... If I meet goal by summer I will be going to Jamacia for vacation and want to wear a bikini (dunno though cause of stretch marks) but want to be able to even if I can't

                  • Hi! I would like to join the swimsuit challenge, but instead of going to the beach and wearing a swimsuit (I live in Myrtle Beach) I am moving to NYC at the beginning of June! I still will need to look good in a bathing suit because summer in New York is brutal!

                              Currently 180 pounds, would like to get down to 150 by June 1st. Yes it will be the beginning of Winter here, but I need to look hot hot hot on the ski slopes and in a bikini for the outside hot tub :yes
