    Okay, y all look like a fun bunch... I wanna play!

    Do we think 60 is too much to hope for by New Years? I would love to start the NY at 200, but that would require a 66 lb loss...


    IF that is reasonable, that is my goal. Guess I better kick things in high gear, and quit drinking so much darn coffee.

    Cleo, I can spreadsheet if you like.

    I just wouldnt know how to get it on the board. I can email it to you...

    Daily Goals:
    No wasted carbs.
    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
    Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
    Get in the right veggies.

              How is everyone doing? GREAT I hope!

              I'm really excited about this challenge and am dedicated to taking my weight off my December 31! I'm so dedicated I've been walking each night and have written down everything I'm eating! I'm going to make goal by December 31!

                Hey Cleo and everyone else.How is everyone.I can't wait for Monday to weigh in and see what's going on.I feel like I've been stuck at this damnable 209 for a while now,but hopefully at least 2-3 pounds will be gone by monday.If not,oh well,just keep trying harder right?GOod luck to everyone

                        Ex: Cleochatra 259/240/199/ 41 pounds to go until New Years

                        blue= starting weight, red is current weight, purple is goal weight, green is what we've got left to kick to the curb!

                        If you copy your line and paste it to your post, the colors should automatically be pasted for you, so don't worry about trying to match colors!

                        If you don't like your colors, feel free to change them to change your decor, mood, clothing, or what have you. We're women afterall!

                          I am a big yoyo dork.. I was looking under exercise challenges, and all torqued cause I couldnt find this! Okay... hit a rough patch... back together now.

                          The scale,when I went this weekend, showed a significant gain. I dont know if that is TOM or what.. but I am negative pounds lost. Back at it... and going to do this.

                          Upside- I DID get in the exercise I wanted to. Swam laps for half hour, bout drowned myself trying... bet you lose weight quick when they take out your innards for the autopsy, eh?

                          SO... I am hiding under the oh stupid me rock...
