    WOOOHOOOO, way to go Speedy on the loss that's totally excellent YAY. Hey you are doing it and that's great. Good job on the 5K too you did excellent and got an interview YAY. That had to be sooo cool and I'm sooo glad it took your mind off of everything that's excellent and probably makes you feel like a million Bucks.

    Hey, Rikki I wouldn't worry bout the beans unless they are covered in molasses or something then I wouldsay that's defiantely a cheat but, if you just put beans i n your chilli I would say WOOOHOOO. I love beans. They are sooo nummy.

    What the heck is going on with me I was short on food so I though oh, I'll get some almosnds to snack on well I am allergic to almonds I am really PISSED all the stuff I used to love to have all the time now makes me have a severely sore throat and congested really bad GRRRR. What the **** am I gunna have for snacking. I guess I'll just have to buy pumpkin seeds I really like those and my body does too I don't get sick.

    Oh, I am having a crappy day. I did run today I am really extremely pissed about that. I had it all worked out that my hubby was gunna drop me off out of town and I was gunna run the 12 k into town well, we were almost to the point of dropoff and hisstupid work phoned and I he had to race into work and go do a JOB. I am sooo mad cause it's my long run day and I totally missed it. I am running tomorrow and I'll be running 2 hours and 10 minutes if it's the last thing I do. GRRRR. I did get a chance to have turkey and Of course I didn;t cheat I was a very good girl with all the smell of pies and they had my absoulutely most favorite thing in the world Butter tarts. MMMM Well I smelled them and stepped away. I felt very powerful moving away from the dish.

    It was funny I was at my Grandmas and people who haven't seen me in a long time were swarming around me telling me how much weight I lost how small I was I was getting asked what I was doing and this and that NOT 1 person Judged me when I said low carb everyone was awesome and extremely supportive. I felt like a super star it was amazing. Maybe I'm just crazy but, all the attention was sooo awesome I loved it. I was the talk and will be the talk of the family wait till christmas when I show up in my hot little number of a dress MMMMMMMMM I am gunna look so HOT.

    SO that was my weekend pissey cause I couldn't run excited cause of the way everyone reacted to my weight loss.

      Sarah, that is so great that everyone noticed you on your hard work and how far you've come. LOL, it's funny I had a similar experience happen to me this weekend. Sunday was pretty hectic we went to a Christening and then a party afterwards. I bumped into a lot of people I hadn't seen in a while, and eventhough the majority of them didn't say anything they did keep staring at me as if they didn't recognize me. One person did say something, and it was honestly one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. Ms. Ramos, my sister in laws, mother in law, came up to me and said, "You have always been beautiful to me but now you are truly stunning". I was dumbfounded, and that is hard for me, I'm usually never out of words. It was an amazing moment in my life, total validation of all the work I have been doing. It was a good moment for me.

      I went walking/jogging on Saturday and felt really sick for some reason afterwards. All day yesterday I had a muscle spasm in my back, I felt the pain even after Tylenol 3! I took the day off and am so glad I did, I feel great today. I will be doing Start it Up today when I get home. I am excited about starting up this program again.

      I measured Saturday, it had been a month since my last measurements and I lost close to 6" in 4 weeks! I was doing Slim in 6 then, so I'm gonna pick it back up. I am going to try to fit running in at least 2 times a week though. We'll see how I do. Wish me luck.

          Oh, Shoot I'm sooo sorry I missed the food choices thingy. I am soooo boring when it comes to my food choices LOL. What I really like is making my own beef Jerky it's soooo nummy. What ya do is slice up a raost into slivers basically and put the oven on the lowest setting so that its's warm and put the chunks in their either on a baking sheet or you can put them on a rack if you have on kinda hung but overtop of a drip pan. Let them sit in the oven for 8 hours or overnight and Wala you have atkins frindly Jerky without all the crap.

          Other things I like to do iput cucumber, tomatos, onions, greenpeppers in a blender with a bit of saltm fresh garlic if you have it, and 1 packet of splenda. The I whip it up and use it for dip for my pork rhinds OH OH sooooooo nummy.

          Another thing you can do with pork rhinds of you like them is make them into nachos. Put the pork rhinds on a plate, put onions, tomatos, Green peppers, and hamberguer, or bacon bits and cheese all over the top. Put it in the over for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is menlted, then dip it in Sour cream sooo good as well I feel like I am being soo very bad when I eat like this.

          I hope this helps those are like littel treats I make myself and the Jerky is a good one to have onhand in case of emergency in your glove compartment just be sure it's really dried out.

          So what is everyone elese doing today??? I am planning on running not too sure when I didn't get to yesterday mad about that cause today was to be my rest day GRRRR. Now I ahve to run it'll be all right.

          I better take off.

                    I got a job offer from this wonderful group of Chiropractor's!!!! I go for an interview on wednesday!!! I'm so nervous, I will do whatever it takes to get this job!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray that i get this job!!!!! My hopes are high, I hope everything goes well. Im going to be a wreck until then......what am I gonna wear? Oh geezzz........this is gonna be a long couple of days. Oh geez, if the man up stairs is looking out for me....this is the time! I hope I hope I hope! Ok enough of my craziness, off to watch Laguna Beach and then hit the hay, good night everyone!!! PRAY FOR ME!! (and my sanity, lol)

                          OH OH, I want detailes I am sooo excited for you I can't wait to hear that you got the JOB that would be excellent and I would be like a proud mama isn't that funny HE HE.

                          Today I am sooo sore my body is tellig me to go to He double hockey sticks it's achey and stiff. I am thinking weights is in order today my plan was to run Monday to Friday but, I think with the long run yesterday I kinda messed the whole week up. Weights here I come. I am really contemplating finding some tapes and doig them on my non running days YES TAPES i am sick. HMMM we'll see maybe I can download some.

                            Tapes? OMG, is the sky falling? lol, j/k babe, you know which one I recommend: Slim in 6, it is an awesome series of tapes. I am so predictable.

                            Speedy- hooray on your job interview, I nkow you will do absolutly wonderful, you are gonna knock their socks off. Go you!!!

                            I have to say that I look fabulous today, I am wearing a pair of gray faded jeans with some white stringy faded spots on the front and back pockets, and a black shirt from the gap, it is realy soft and sweater material but it has only 1" thick sleeves, not exactly spaghetti straps but you guys get the idea. I actually took the time to put on mascara and lip gloss today, I look great! I wanted to do something to pick me up today, my back is still hurting pretty bad, I was so looking forward to waking up pain free. I slept 9.5 hours last night and took a Tylenol 3 but it is still all jacked up. I need Hari Kirn, my massage therapist that I can't afford anymore, she's like 90 bucks an hour but so worth it!

                            I want to work out tonite so I'm gonna but I will do very small weights, maybe 2 pounders or something, I feel like part of my back problems have to do with the fact that my posture has worsened over the past few weeks due to lack of excercise, jeez everything in my body gets screwed up when I'm not excercising.

                              Oh, dear girl I was really hoping you were gunna say you were all better and feeling like 100 bucks. I hate to say this girl but, Don't use weights tonight just use the motions you'll still get a great workout you don;t need to sress out that muscle any more. Do you ahve an ice pack. You may have swelling at hte sight Ice may do wonders for that spot. I hope you get to the store to get those runners today. (((WHIP WHIP) LOL I am just looking out for you.

                                Damnit, working out is definatly not in the cards for me today after all. My back has just gotten worse as the day went on, could be the fact that I carried my backpack across campus today. I hope it will be better tomorrow.
