My first posting in the Christmas thread!


I went to the doctor for the first time since starting and am officially at 53lbs gone forever since March 1st.

As of today I am at 277 lbs!

I have definately increased my excercise. I walk about 4 miles 3 days a week at least. I know the supplements have given me a boost as well. I am taking green tea, Co Q10, L-carnitine, fish oil and a multi. They've increased my energy and helped me feel much better.

When I put what I eat into fitday it is rarely over 2000 calories. That is much less then I used to eat every day.

I think the main thing for me has been for the first time in my life I am motivated to do this truely. I am getting close to the number 40 and I just want to have control for once and feel good about myself. I was ready this time to make the commitment to do this and do it right.

Anyway...

My doctor told me if I lose more then 15 lbs over the next 2 months I will need to increase my carbs but 100 lbs by Christmas total is doable.

I am waiting for the stall to come and hit hard. I will post pics after this weekend. We have a wedding to go to and I may be picture ready. I hate hate hate having my picture taken but am curious to do the comparission.
