my belongings finally arrived from the US--along with my scale--on monday--exactly two months after they left my place in Chicago! And wow if I didn't see less than 150 for the first time in quite a long time! Mark me down as CW = 148! (Again, despite unfortunate incident with almond and pear tart on Friday night--is it bad not to regret it? it was delicious.)

Hello I weighed in today.. I am down two pounds. so my CW is 175... It occurred to me that I now weigh less than the lie I told on my drivers license

Help please
Guys: I need a little help. For the past two weeks I haven't lost a pound! I'm following exactly perfect and even working out 30 minutes a day (cardivascular and weight training). I was loosing so quickly...I just don't get it. Also, my keto sticks are now only in the "moderate" range. Why aren't they dark purple any more? The only thing I can think of is that I've been eating the Subway Atkin Wraps. But only a few times a week. I've been out of induction for a while. Should I try that fat fast or some of the other tricks? I really am serious I haven't cheated at all. Since I started no soda, no sugar, nothing at all that isn't allowed. Please help. Thanks

...but you all seem SO nice that I'm sneaking out from behind the tree at the edge of the forest. Hey, as if it really could hide me anyway!
The scale at my house seems to be stuck right now, so I think I'll grab the coat tail of the last person to join the Christmas Challenge, and tag along. I need to meet my mini-goal by December 30th, and what better time than Christmas to experience the JOY of accomplishing that. :nod
So...here I am..not quite baring my soul, but at least raising my eyes to meet yours.

Hi Size8, maybe you should go back to induction for three days. Sometimes that helps to jump start your weigh loss. I have had to do that on occasion. Have you been measuring? Maybe you are losing inches rather than pounds right now. Maybe you could also do fitday.com and ask someone to analyse it for you.
Just don't get down about it!!! And don't head to the forbidden foods!!! Let's know how you're going. :hug :hug

2 weeks without a loss isn't much. And have you checked if you are loosing inches???
Sometimes I don't loose for 2-3 weeks, and then I suddenly loose 3 or 4 pounds in a week.
The ketosticks are not supposed to be dark purple (that is only if you're not drinking enough). They are showing you, that you are in ketosis, there is no such thing as more or less ketosis.
Give it another couple of weeks, and if you aren't loosing inches OR pounds in a month, you are officially in a stall...not before. Inches count too!
