    Well I said I hadn't lost in 2 weeks but I guess it has actually been 3. This morning thought I jumped on the scaled and it said I lost 5 pounds overnight. Of course though it was just because you weigh less in the morning because now I'm the same as I was yesterday. It's okay though-I definitely won't go back to forbidden foods. Are you kidding-I feel better than I have in my entire life. I just want that 30 pound loss so badly. (Only lost 9 since the challenge start but lost before I started). I've NEVER been able to lose 30 pounds before. I was really just wondering if the Atkins wraps are hurting me. I'll post that question on a more relevant board but if any of you know please let me know. I'll check out fitday too. I just love you guys so much! The other day I was watching a talk show where they were putting down atkins and I got so mad. One person tried to say it was all water loss-25 pounds of water loss-they have got to be kidding! I also need to heed the advice about the tape measure. My clothing are getting so loose that I can pull my jeans off when they are buttoned and zipped-so yha I must be losing. Then also yesterday was TOM so I think I was just having a "fat" day. You know even skinny girls seem to have fat days during that time. Hubby though-he hasn't followed atkins like I have and he's lost 30 pounds! The absolute only thing he's changed is eating low carb with me for dinner. Other than that no difference in his life-not fair

    • Size8 - Men lose at a different rate I am sure!!! My hubby lost all his weight in about a month and a half. I am still struggling. Anyway I wish you the whooshie fairy this week!!! :hug :hug

            The wraps have to wait until the grain rung of OWL...don't know if you're there?
            Personally I stay completely away from frankenfoods, my only sin is to have a little sweetener once in a while....

            I haven't lost much in this challenge either, but I'm hoping for it to change....I'm not loosing too many pounds, but I continue to loose inches....And that's the best thing to loose, because that is what people see....they don't notice the pounds going away....

                    I was really just wondering if the Atkins wraps are hurting me.
                    I have to agree with Elmark on this one. Try giving them up for a couple weeks, and see if there is a change in your progress. While those types of food don't seem to affect me much, I find that different things affect other people in different ways. The only way to find out is to take it out of your diet to see if there is a change. Hope this helps!

                        Michelle GREAT GOING MICHELLE. I am proud of you!!! BUT I have no intention of you catching up with me. (you probably will pass me very soon. Yikees) Please pass the Whoshie fairy my way!!!

                        No loss this week but my waist is finally approaching 31 so I am very happy. Mom bought me a size 12 dress yesterday and it fits well. I seem to be a solid 12 now. I am delighted!!!

                          Weighted today and am down 4 pounds 4 ounces.....to 327.1
                          still another 1 pound and 3 ounces til I can count it as a loss since last week I was up 5 pounds 7 ounces.

                            • No weight lost this week again, but I haven't been drinking as much water as I was before. Need to get back on it full force. At least no weight was gained either.

                              • me too... i wonder if i should restart induction or continue up the ladder.. I am a bit stressed so i wanna binge(didn;t tho) just some low carb chocolate and nuts. I am gonna give this induction thing another go. Will stay on induction till my b day and make an assessment then. till later ya'll... byeee
