checking in this monday morning and my weight is 235. which is 1 1/2 pounds down from beginning weight of the Christmas Challenge.

This makes me a total of 53 pounds that I have lost since my weight loss journey started, july 03. I am thrilled and still think I am dreaming. Please if I am dreaming, don't wake me!!! :nod HA HA

I am new but I would like to join the Christmas Challenge... I have been "Big" all of my life. And I am now getting a handle on things. I am 5'11 and I have always been told that you look fine and you carry your weight well, but I don't want to carry my weight anymore. It is time for a change and bring out the person I have always been but just in a better light. You all are so awesome... always encouraging and uplifting. Great motivation for me! :joy
