So I have lost -7 so far on this challenge, yippee!!! :icondance :icondance :icondance

I hope everyone has lots of lost pounds to report. Just think Christmas is going to be different. We will want to be in the pictures this year. We will want to recieve clothes as a gift. We will be able to play with the kids/grandkids, like ride bikes with them. Who knows maybe Santa will bring me a new bike. Because I have been real good on my WOE.

With that said, I didn't lose a thing this week It could be due to many factors... TOM, not drinking enough water, upped my exercise and was sore, upped my carbs, all of the above?
