There have been some great losses this week. Seems as though the whoosh fairy has been busy. She visited me the week before last, so I have no complaints. Although... it would be nice if she returned next week so I can say I've lost 50 pounds for my 50th birthday

okay i am weighing in today becuase i will not be on for a while. i was down to 201 today!! woot! but i am going to say 202 cuz i been fluctuating a pound. ugh. soo anyways ......... 202!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone....I lost 2 lbs this week. FINALLY, I hadn't lost anything the last two.

I seem to do that a lot. I won't lose anything for two or three weeks then drop 2-4 lbs. Last weight lose was 4 lbs, I was shocked. Does anyone else experience this? I would prefer to see a little each week. Wait, I am NOT complaining, as long as I am continuing to lose, right?

Wheeewwww!

I've been away for a while. Went to an 'all-inclusive', and as expected, sucumbed to the pina coladas.... Gained 3 pounds in 8 days! So....arrived home last Sunday and got back to work on this Christmas goal. :nod . Today's weigh-in shows me at exactly 232 lb. which was what I weighed when I headed out for the holiday. Wheeewww. O.K. now back to business.

So Mystique, no pounds lost to record, but at least you don't have to adjust upwards for me. ensive See you next week, hopefully, with some positive news!
