Thanks Mystique....

I just bought a new scale, that shows 4 pounds more than the old one. So I have changed my start weight and added 4 pounds to it. And to my current weight! So now I'm even further away from my christmas goal! I know I won't be able to make it, but I'll do my best to get as close as possible!

I'm doing a re-induction myself. Things have been busy and the carbs have been creeping in.....It's time to stop!
We can do it, I know it. We have done it before....

Our Goals

Hey Everyone!
Allrighty... I have talked with a couple people, and thought it would be a good idea to revamp our goals if we want to.
This is what I am thinking.... We have around 7 weeks to go until Christmas. At just over 1 pound a week, we could all hit 10 pounds!
So, last opportunity to adjust here. Who would like to change thier goal to 10 pounds to go? I think that is very realistic for everyone.. whether you are new or have been around a bit. 10 pounds is something every one of us could do if we want to.
If you would like to do it, drop me a note here. I will start posting the changes tonight.

GOAL WEIGHT: Already acheived my goal :joy

WEIGHT LOST SO FAR: 43 POUNDS


I will probably just keep posting my results here rather than changing my goal, as I am thinking about starting premaintainence shortly...and I know that will likely mess things up a bit until my body is used to the idea. Hope you don't mind! I am also anxious to cheer you all on for another 10 lbs. by Christmas...I know you all can do it!!!!!!!! :yes
