                    • hmm i dun really go for a length of time...i try to burn 200 + a day...that's all. I usually just walk on the treadmill.

                        • Ok maybe I am doing too much i go to the gym and do 25 min cardio mon. thru fri. I do 25min. because the PT said I should only do 15 min. And I thought that didnt seem worth the drive to the gym. I hope to work up to 35 to 40 min. ALSO I know it's not my weigh day but I have lost another 3.5 lbs.

                            • that's great! i usually spend 30-60 min on the treadmill. I just emphasize the calorize not the time. lol
