Today is weigh day. I am down 5lbs, making me 267. I am glad, I didnt make it to the gym very much this past week. So my goal is five days this week. We will see if it makes a diff. in pounds lost.

Oh by the way here are my start and present pictures. I know I should be ashamed but I'm not because i know I wont be this way for long. I took a pic in swim suit because for one my sister who weighs a little less than me (we start woe together) said she would take hers too. SHE NEVER DID! But thats ok, she only lasted 1 day on. I cant wait till i am smaller than her. And two people always wonder about skin and stuff like that after losing I plan on posting more swimsuit pics so everyone can really see. I hope mines not saggy but i know it will be. I use a product that you can buy at your local walmart. Its Nivea skin firming lotion, it tones, firms and brings back natural elasticity of the skin I have been using for 2 weeks and notice a remarkable difference. Its not too expensive like 6$ for 12oz. Maybe you would need 2 btls a month. Anyways I will quit going on and on and on and on. :nod I cant see alot of difference in my pics but maybe you can?

Congratulations on the 5 pounds. How did you ever do that???
And thanks for posting your pics. The one in the swimsuit ....I tell you, it is like seeing my own "before" body...that was an odd feeling.
I see a great difference, especially your hip area looks way smaller...and of course you face.....(I hope I have changed as much as you, but I don't think so)...

I haven't posted anything since like May 27th. I was going through a lot of stuff, then had to move and everything. I'm really proud though because the issues I had to deal with were pretty emotional, then I had to suddenly move and all kinds of stuff. Then wonderful Tom came. Guess what? I've lost 5 pounds!! That is with my shoes on! In an earlier post I wasn't sure how much I weighed because I confused shoes on or off. So anyway, with my shoes on I'm now down to 199. Pretty happy about that. I was actually afraid I would gain. I went off induction you know and skipped the first rung and went straight to dairy. I know, I know I need more veggies. But I had already skipped when I found out-plus missing dairy was the hardest part for me. I thought I'd gain because I ate the heck out of low carb icecream when I was upset and hardly anything else. But I didn't really cheat and order a pizza (how I would've handled stress), so I'm pretty happy. Also I've been drinking Diet Rite soda (before was only water). But ketosis sticks are still dark and apparently I lost. (Do feel a little bloated though-any idea why??) Anyway, I read all the back posts. Congrats to all you other losers!!
