    Elise- Only outta love girl! I would never intentionally wack someone with a celery stalk, lol. Im glad you finally ate your veggies, betcha feel alot better huh?

    Cruiser- Long time no talkie! Your doing fantastic! You have everything all planned out for the weekend and your on TOM, I am so not that organized, its either one or the other!

      I once whacked a person with a food item and there was no love involved! Years ago my Mom's boyfriend was giving me a hard time as I was preparing dinner...we were all out camping...anyway...I grabbed a raw chicken leg with thigh attached and smacked him across the face with it. The slapping sound as it hit him and the sucking sound of it as it came off his cheek still makes me smile with glee all this time later....LOLOL!

      Such happy memories....

        Ok does anybody else enjoy almonds as much as I do(maybe a little too much?).I have some once a week(the once I buy are 6g carbs-4g fibers per ounce),and unfortunately I always end up having all 4ounces,thus wasting precious carb grams on it.I figure tho,at least I get a good amount of fiber and it definitely doesn't stall me.But,does it stall anybody else?
        I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING AND TEMPTATION.

          lot2lose...everyone is different...so if it is not stalling you and it helps keep you on plan then I wouldn't worry about it. I wouldn't nessecarily add more though.
          BTW...I noticed you dropped another .5 pounds. Congrats. Do you want me to enter it or save it for a certain day??

            Hello everyone! Hope you ALL have a good weekend. I am down another .5 pound today. I am feeling really good and in control.


            I have realized today though that I don't think it will be possible for me to make my goal of 183 for NYE since I am such a slow loser. I have only been losing steadily the 2 weeks after TOM. I will give it my best shot though to make my goal.

            I am proud of everyone for checking in and hanging in there. I know this has got to be the hardest time of year to stay on plan and I am so thankful for this challenge to help keep me accountable. I am thankful for all of you and for all the support, encouragement and tough love you all give me.


            I am out to dinner tonight to Outback with DH and another couple. It is date night as our kids are both away tonight. Hope has a great weekend. I will try to check in.

              Woo hoo twg another .5 lbs. Don't say it's not possible now. Just keep at it and see what happens.

              You know what I have noticed? I lose the most weight DURING TOM. Like a big whooshie every time I have TOM....not after TOM, during. Is that strange?

                Hey Elsie, actually my stats are now 226/200/160 40pounds to go!!!!! I'm soooo excited!!!!!!
