Okay, I restarted at 169.8 yesterday, so do you have to add those back in??
SORRY GUYS!! I SWEAR IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!!
Today I was 169.2....
It's amazing how I put 6 pounds back on it a matter of a few days....and I didn't even eat one cookie or one piece of candy or cake....Grrrrrr I guess it's better that way...I don't wanna know what I'd be if I went crazy!
Oh how I wish the weight come off as fast as it was put on.....
Anyhow, I'm pumped with water...I ate my eggs, and I'm good.
To answer Cleo's assignment, I'm okay with the candy. I'm not afraid, b/c I fell off and still didn't want it!!! It was the dinner meals that I screwed up on. I didn't crave, and still don't want sugar...it makes me sick. I guess I've learned my lesson. I ate out of habit, and it was not fun at all. The reward was not the best either.
I'm so proud of everyone, you are all so inspiring!!!!

I am so proud of you!!! I started on May5th and really wanted to be where you are now. I started at 188.6 and 120 is my goal.
That is incredible that you are so close!!! I am so inspired by you and your success. I know now that had I stuck with it, I'd be close to the finish line also. It's one thing to try to understand, but to see someone who started when you did, at a similiar weight, and they are almost done and you're sitting here still fat, it's DEFINATELY opened my eyes.
Thanks for being such an inspiration.
If I was that close to goal, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I would probably go crazy. I have never stuck with something b/c I wanted to for me, so I'd be ozzzing pride outta my ears. You stuck with this, no one else and you deserve to be happy.
As for being scared, have you ever weighed this much, well, this little before?
My opinion is you could be fearful of going back to where you struggled so hard to get away from.
Just keep doing great and you'll be fine.
Keep it up!!

Wanna is right! I love this challenge, and I love you guys!
The support here, the caring and the looses? Hellooooooooo, fat cells? These are the women of the MYResolution Challenge and we're here to get rid-o-you!
Well technically...it could not be fat weight you gained jsj as it takes...I think...3500 calories to make a pound of fat...so unless it was a pretty big SOME bread and pizza is has to be water weight. What I still can't figure out is how come the gains are so dramatic and how come it takes so long to get it off again sometimes.
