Hey Gabs! Congrats on 2 pounds!! Do you know what? I think you are the only one to check in with a weight lose this week!! That is including myself since I hit my first week of not losing since I started. Good motivating post! Thank you for contributing to this great challenge.

Soooooooooo, let's keep this party going. We don't want to have to wear expando-pants on December 31, do we?

          Thanks Elsie and Cleo!

Elsie, I hit my second time at not losing last week and it was really tough, but I've noticed that not losing one week will really motivate me the next and I'll do really good. So here comes the best part...you can too! We all can!

Let's see...to those of you thinking of skipping out on this mid-year resolution during the Holidays, don't you dare!!!! Don't let the Holidays deter you from achieving your goal! You will be kicking yourself after for doing this to yourselves. Besides, YOU have control over what you eat and the exercise that you do. Just remember that living this WOL is really not that difficult. Put yourself first and things will fall into place. We all deserve to put ourselves first. The time and energy going towards this WOL is so worth the results so let's stay motivated and work harder so that we can hold our head up high at the end of this year proud of what we've accomplished. I'm planning to be there with you.
