Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Wednesday:
Basically a rerun of Tuesday, although I had about 25 minutes of additional walking time. I did have about 1/4 cup of fresh organic raspberries, with one packet of Splenda and about 1/2 oz of heavy cream as a snack last night, instead of the cheese. I brought more of the same to have as dessert at lunch, today. Everyone will be jealous.
Hey, Cleo, if I start a petition to have the challenge moved back to STAC, and get enough signatures, will you honor it?-Chris

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Hello All!
Thursay 1 Dec
December at last!! Not long to go untul Crimbo!
Have been drinking loads of water. Had no brekkie (please don't slap me Cleo, I literally can't face legal food in the morning and am not hungry until lunch but I do take my supps and water first thing).
Lunch - cold roast chicken salad with mayo
Dinner will be probably low carb soup
Exercise - so far this week 90 mins so I need to get another 60 in. This will probably have to be very enthusiastic housework (sweeping, washing floors etc. as if working out) as I have to stay in the house because of a leak in my roof.
Haven't licked/sniffed a thing!!

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Wednesday:
- Drank all my water
- Ate according to plan
- Something is wrong with my knee, so Wednesday will have to be one of my days off. It doesn't feel that good this morning either, but hopefully it will feel better later on today. If not, this will be another day off

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Wednesday I did great!
Stuck to plan, ate well, I drank enough, but I didn't exercise. I'll make up for that today. I'd just done 120 minutes Tuesday, so another 120 tonight puts me well over my 150 for the week!
I hope you guys are all doing well, too!
Stef! I hope your knee gets better!

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Wednesday:
Ate according to plan. I measured my water intake for the first time and actually drank more than 4 litres. 30 minutes squash. That brings my total for the week to 90 minute.
Thursday:
Ate according to plan, but skipped lunch – I had to attend a function at the kids’ daycare, but I had a delicious ostrich steak for dinner. Water intake is again more than 4 litres. I will be doing my new callanetics video tonight.

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Dec 1st
Did really well yesterday, but it was soooo hard, it was my first day back on a clean reinduction......whooo baby!! last night was difficult, my evil, evil neighbor
came over under the guise of being sweet and thoughtful and brought homemade, fresh from the oven.......Orange rolls.....
They were glazed so beautifully and made in such a pretty little knot....and the smell well it was devine.........all I could think the whole time she was sitting there visiting me, as I held the evil dish in my lap was......
As soon as she left I ran them into dh and my kids and said "EAT THESE RIGHT NOW!!!!!" They quickly obeyed...whew, it was such a close call! Anyway I went to bed dreaming of nicely glazed orange rolls thanks to my neighbor who I now know is a carb terrorist!!! Next time she comes to my door I will be ready
mwahahahahahah
Anyhow on to day two and feeling pretty good, stayed on plan so far:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs with 1 oz of cheese
Lunch:
Salad w/ 2 strips of bacon
Dinner: ??
Hope everyone has a great low-carb day!!!

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
Sure thing...I just put the chicken breasts (I used 2 boneless skinless) in a glass baking dish with a bit of olive oil on the bottom to prevent sticking and poured a bit (probably 2 tbsp) of Frank's Red Hot on each breast and then poured on a bit (probably 1 tbsp) of blue cheese salad dressing. Covered the dish and baked on 375 for about 30-40 minutes. Next time I'm giong to use more Red Hot.Originally posted by pjtmayBud...
can you please tell me how you fix that chicken? Sounds yummy!
It was really yummy, but I bet it would have been even better with a slice of mozzerella cheese on top of each breast.
Hope this helps!

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 1-3
_____ok, I did OK today. I promise to go back over the book. I think I am stalled but I want to reevaluate my diet, ok I am goofy, I am not actually stalled completely. I wanna see the scale more and it hadn't been 4 weeks since inches or pounds were lost but I still wanna re-evaluate... I had summer sausage and cheese for lunch, eggs and a slice of canadian bacon for breakfast, and veggie chicken with broccoli for dinner. Not feeling 100% but I will do better, however, I drank my water and took my supplements today... no exercise, rest day today. I will workout tomorrow for at least an hour
