There will lots of friendly foods to eat this week at my house.

Its 1P and I am about to go in search of some lunch and get a 2 mile WATP in.

so far today I had pizza toppings for breakfast(I made bikergodess' pizza and just didn't care for the crust this time, I don't know what I did differently tho- last time it was excellent.... Maybe I think it tastes saltier, I may have used different cheese, anywho- I had the toppings off of 1/5th the recipe, for lunch I made a flax muffin cut in half with beef, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, and mayo. YUM. This is the first time I have made flax muffins, I pretty muched used the cinnamon recipe one and instead of cinnamon and splenda I used garlic and italian spices... it turned out pretty good!

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 4-5

              Saturday was a good day.

B: The same ham, eggs and coffee as the previous several days
L: Salad with ham & cheese, Carb Sense dressing, and iced tea with Splenda
D: Crustless quiche Lorraine w/small salad, iced tea
              S: none

              Lots of water
only about 40 minutes of walking, today (all in one go, however)

As a whole, everyone's doing wonderfully. Darn it, I may not even get a chance to try out those stilletos!

Did great today! Drank all my water, stayed on the food plan, and rested from excercise (I already had my 150 minutes of excercise for the week).

WOO, guys! Way to go!!! I'm so proud of you! You are such an inspiration!

I'm on plan, drank my water, but injured my back yesterday and I'm resting now. It's killing me, but I'll be back to exercise soon.

Re: STAC New Year's Challenge, December 4-5

Stayed completely on plan yesterday, foodwise and waterwise. Only got in about 20 minutes of walking, but, as a whole, I've done very well the past week in that regard. Today's may be less, as well, since I've got to spend quite a bit of time studying for an exam that I have tomorrow afternoon.

The scale says that I'm down TWO pounds! I'll update siggy tomorrow, my weigh day, if it holds. This challenge is EXACTLY what I needed. Thanks, Cleo!!!

Monday - First day of Boot Camp...Definitely staying on plan and drinking my water. Will exercise after work tonight.

Sunday: We spent about 5 hours walking around doing Christmas shopping. But I ate according to plan. The water (again) didn't go so well.
                          Exercise - rest day
Monday: I drank all by water - about 4 litres, and I stayed on plan.
Exercise - 30 minute brisk walk.

I know I'm late with checking in, but am involved in Boot Camp also...but..I've been so on plan it isn't funny and drinking much more water than usual too...I swear yesterday I consumed almost 200 ozs!!

The best is I lost another 1/2 pound...that's 4-1/2 in 3 weeks. Why I am so pleased is that most of the weight gain...and why it wouldn't come off, were some meds they had me on (some was my own sabotaging too)...stopped them to test and everything is getting better...even the fluid retention!!

You have no idea how great it makes me feel...now I know sticking to plan WILL get me results!!

                              Have a great day everyone!!
