  • STAC New Years Challenge Dec 6-7

    Hope yall don't mind me starting this thread, I though maybe more would post with the date on it!

    I did well today
    B: quiche
    S: string cheese
    L: taco salad 8oz meat, 1c lettuce, .25c tomatoes, .5oz cheese, 2tbs salsa, 2tbs sour cream
    S: 2oz cream cheese with splenda I was having one heck of a sweet attack, I never do that!!! LOL
    D: chicken with parmesan on it, not coated, but lightsly sprinkled. with a salad, franks red hot and carb well ranch also, .25c broccoli
    I think I may have a jello cup but probably shouldn't my calories are high enough! Well, its 8 and I am done eating for the day.... I have gotta start finishing earlier!

    I did well today 12/6:

    B: 6 slices bacon, 1/2 tiny Israeli grapefruit
    L: 6 oz steak, 1 cup cuke slices with 2 Tbsp ranch dressing, 1/4 granny smith apple with 1/2 tsp natural peanut butter
    D: 12 oz catfish, 2 cups green leaf lettuce with 1 Tbsp feta and 2 Tbsp greek dressing

    Water: 128 oz

    Exercise: 75 minutes Spin class

      Tuesday:

      Almost stayed on plan!

      B: ham, eggs, decaf coffee with cream, Splenda
      L: I forgot to bring my salad, but had ham and cheese in the fridge at work. I went to the carry out place in the building and asked for a small plain salad. They don't make them any more, and refused to do one for me. So, I just ate my ham and cheese with a couple of ounces of mixed nuts.
      D: I made chicken cordon bleu without the sauce. Basically, it was a thin sliced chicken breast rolled around some slices of swiss cheese and ham, which I baked. Had that with green beans and iced tea with Splenda.
      S: Here's where I messed up, a bit. Last night around 11:00 I was starving! (Perhaps it was because of that poor lunch.) Anyway, right before going to sleep, I had a piece of ham and two scrambled eggs. Way too much for a snack, and right before bed at that.

        so far so good!

        Dinner last night (6) was:
        baked chicken and broccoli

        Breakfast this morning:
        2 scrambled eggs with 1oz cheese
        2 strips bacon

        s: peppermint tea (no caffeine) brrrrr it's 15 below here and it was cold coming to work
        1 pkt splenda

        Lunch:
        leftover chicken and salad


        dinner:
        Not sure yet

        Exercise:
        Walked for 40 min.


        I'm still down 5 lbs, no more yet....the next 5 will be diffucult I'm sure

        Can someone tell me how to change the ticker in my siggy to show my 5 lb loss?

          You'll need to go to Ticker Factory and create a new one. Then come here and change the code in your signature on the User CP.

              Just started today.... Drank my 120 ounces of water

              Breakfast/lunch: cucumber 4 hard boiled egg whites (woke up at noon)
              snack: a small chunk of pepperoni
              dinner: 2 chicken legs and half a cucumber

              Going to do tae bo in a few minutes when my aunt gets here.....

              Top weight- 237
              SW: 225(backslid 6lbs with the holidays)

              Mini Goal 200 (going to get hair extensions put in when I reach this weight)

                Another good day (12/7) here.

                Breakfast: 6 slices of bacon, 1 cup green tea with 1 pkt Splenda
                Lunch: 4 boiled eggs, 2 oz cheese (no veggies, though; my cukes were mushy )
                Dinner: 6 oz london broil, 2 1/2 cups green leaf lettuce, 1 small tomato, 2 Tbsp feta with 2 Tbsp greek dressing, 1 cup decaf Chai with 1 tsp cream and 1 pkt Splenda

                Water: 128 oz

                Exercise: 45 minutes Elliptical and 30 minutes strength training

                  I was good yesterday, except I slacked off on exercise, a bit, because there wasn't time. I spent a good part of the morning at the doctor's office, and I'll be back there again in a short while. I did get in a total of about 25 minutes, so it wasn't a complete loss. I'm sure I'm already over the required total for the week, anyway.

                  I guess I won't make it here every day through the challenge, but I'm going to be with you all as much as I can!

                    Wednesday:

                    Stayed on plan … sort of. Due to a annoying veterinarian, a halaal abattoir and a inconsiderate DH, I only had meat yesterday (it’s a long story). Had all my water and 30 minutes exercise (90 minutes for the week so far).

                      Well, today went well, I am about to go get my exercise in for the day, I was goign to slack but brook put up some more totally inspiring pictures and now I just gotta do it!!!

                      B: Quiche

                      S: string cheese

                      L: flax bread sandwich with ham, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo

                      S: Jello Cup, a couple peices of salami and cheese(1 slice salami, 2 peices cheese)

                      D: cheesesteak with mush, 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper, a few slices pepperoni, and 2tbs pizza sauce! man was that good!!!!!
