    Welcome Ayiana! I also do the pilates for dummies and the treadmill.

    I just got the pilates tape so Ive only used it once...How do you like yours?

    I mostly use the treadmill.

      Hey Belly Buddies!!

      Okay.... I just did my crunches for the night and thought I'd check in. I'm going to hit the gym tomorrow, and put in some cardio.

      Brandy, I think Labor Day would be a PERFECT first goal. I suggest that we do focus on a long-term goal (nice, firmer stomachs), but set mini-milestones for inch loss. Ya know, DNA sometimes doesn't equally deal the body-cards, and I don't want any of us to lost in an unrealistic expectation for our respective bodies. Heck, maybe a belly can appear flatter and more toned, and be 30 inches.... but someone else can have a 27 inch waist and be flabby. Ya know? ensive

      So... maybe out first milestone/goal can be 5-7 inch total loss combined from waist and abdomen by Labor Day? I think that may be realistic and not setting the bar TOO high (no room for discouragement here). Then, we can work on Milestone #2.

      What do you guys think??

          That sounds great to me too!
          I got in 30 regular crunches last night as well as 20 for each oblique(sp?) and 20 leg lifts. I don't feel it much today so I think I can up it. I like the idea of mini goals. It will feel good to lose even a few inches!

            I LOVE IT!!!!! It's not difficult at all for me to do. I've been doing it for 9 days exactly and I love it. I get up extra early and do my pilates and treadmill. I've only added exercise recently and since doing so I have felt great.

            I hope you guys are doing good. I got my pilates and my treadmill in for today. I'm feeling hyper!! :icondance

              Ya know, I am SO anxious to see what this belly is going to look like as it deflates... LMAO. I took a pic of mine with my cell phone. I feel like I'm embarking on a major science experiment.

                  Confession: :no okay... i have not pushed myself into that gym AT ALL yet this week. :sadblinky For some reason, something has come up every evening this week. I have been consistent with the crunches, though. I think I'm going to go home and do the 2 mile WATP DVD, cuz i have an engagement this evening too.

                  Hey Brandy.... all that working out should really help out with that Xmas Challenge too, sis!!! :hug

                      Okay, checking in! I did one hundred crunches total last night. No change in inches but I'm down 2 1/2 lbs. since saturday. I have not started working out yet as sweating is still a no no for my tattoo. Probably I will start on Monday on the treadmill and the elliptical trainer.

                          Yeah it's pretty big, when it's done it will go from my knee to just above my ankle, inner calf.

                            Got in 30 mins on the treadmill today 1.60 miles... had to force myself to do that much. Felt like crap most of the day. Possibly induction flu
