    Hi guys! I am realluy excited. I decided to take the job. yeay!its a long drive but I think it will be worth it and it is pretty good money. I will still work part time at the salon and probably will only be 2 nights during the week and then on saturdays...
    Diet is going well. I have had a fwe beans here and there though. I am getting up the strength to do some more workouts. I can't believe 20 minute killed me yesterday... I don't feel so well today either but I am going to make myself do it!!!!

    another note, I need to go buy some more... uh, sleepwear I put on my old one it and was*huge*~!!!!!! I am off to penneys and to the jail in a few. I have to get my fingerprints taken for my background check to be a "childcare provider"! Heh, me, a teacher! who woulda thought!

      That's Excellent Rikki and a great addition to your Resume Maybe you will be able to do it long term once they see how you do. That would be great.

      Go get some new Jammies sillie and ones that fit. COOL!!

      So I was able to run today HORRAY soo happy 1 hour 5.2 miles YAY me it felt good to do it but, my body is soooo poofy right now my waist is up like 3 inches which Sucks but, I am sure as the water retention goes down so will my weight GRRR and also my Measurements.

        Thanks! OK girlies, I am off to go workout. Even though I really don't feel like it today... I feel like all I want to do is lay around and eat! That drives me nuts! I probably need som ewater... I think I will go get some now and try to pump myself up to workout!!!!! I couldn't find any jammies either... oh well.... they were all too big around the chest...like under my arms and I couldn't get a smaller size because then it wouldn't fit good on my big butt!!!! However, I bought lots of large shirts today instead of xl!!!!! Yeay! I went to a little consignment store and got 7 shirts for 30 bucks! If they only had nice pants too... a lot of the shirts are gap, limited, etc. well..... ok, enough putting the workout off!!! check in later!

          Yeah sarah on the running, that is fantastic! I am so happy for you!! Don't worry about the inches your probably right, its just water retention.

          Rikki - hooray on the new job, sarah is right, that is gonna look great on your resume. plus it must be awesome to have more "normal" hours, I'm sure you won't have to be on your feet as much either, congrats girly, it sounds like a wonderful opportunity

          Divaindubai - welcome to our little challenge, so glad you joined. This group is full of wonderful support to help you get through those rough patches.

          Krystle - how are you doing babe?

          Ok as for me, I was really dragging yesterday and even got a migraine so I decided to go home, sleep early, and take a break from the early morning wake up call. I ended up getting 11.5 hours of sleep last night, I went to sleep at 8:30 and woke up at 8 this mroning. It was so awesome! I haven't worked out yet today and it is always a little tricky for me to do it in the evenings, especially with my sister in law and her hubby staying with us. I might just take a rest day. I think it sounds like a good idea for me, workout 3 days, rest one day, and then workout 3 more.

          I had a protein shake this morning for breakfast and plan on having tuna for lunch. I forgot my wallet at home so I'm not going out with my co-workers for lunch. Probably a good thing too seeing as how I am spending way too much money on going out to eat lately. Tuna is free, and sitting at my desk, lol.

          Ok, well I feel pretty great, definatly rested. I dressed up really cute to work today, I am wearing my size 12 booty jeans, I always feel great when I wear those. I made a super high pony tale with my curls around my face and my make up is done. LOL, I look like a knock out! sorry, does that sound snobby, lol, I don't care. I look cute today.

            I feel like crap woke up with a headache My hormones are sooo screwy right now and I can only think that this is cause I am losing a lot of fat on my legsa nd releasing estrogen into my body. It means usually a big Whooshie which I am really hoping for. Good news was I weighed this morning and am down 3 pounds so 3 to go to where I was. I know now it was water retention. I am extremely crabby, man this sucks my poor kids I am a ball of fire. I just walk away. I blew on my daughter this mornign for now reason LORD, then of course I told her sorry and Told her how much I loved her before she went to school. I feel really bad right now I took out my HORMONES on her and it's not fair she is only 6.

            I am going to workout here very shortly just trying to calm my stomach which hates me this morning HORMONES I hate them Man being a woman is highly over rated some times. Oh, and last night I was laying in Bed and I have to tell you I am sooo scared my legs are gunna be really stretched out and not go back. I seriously have about 3 inches of lose skin on Both legs on my inner thighs it's sooo wrinkly and gross I just hope losing the fat mosr will help them tighten up so I won't have te get a leg tuck. SHOOT. What's a girl to do/

              Just finished my nastie Workout my Upper body is Quivering from Fatigue. EEEK

              So I ran for 1 hour went 5.7 miles walked 10 minutes then hit the weights

              Workout went as follows

              Seated Bicep Curls 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeoevr Hammer Curls 12x15lbs These were done with Dumbells.
              Standing Tricep Kickbacks 12x5lbs,10x10lbs,8x15lbs,6x20lbs,12x10lbs, changeoevr overhead lay down extensions 12x15lbs
              Dumbell Flies on Ball 12x5lbs,10x10lba,8x15lbs,6x20lbs,12x10lbs, changover dumbell press 12x10lbs
              Shoulder Press 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs changeover Front raises 12x20lbs
              Behind lat Pulldowns 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs Bentover lower back extensions 12x40lbs

                Hi!!!

                I'm going good. Today I decided that i've been letting my food choices slack a little, so I went strict again. I havent cheated or anything but I wasnt being as good as I should have been.

                I got these supplements from this body building store and today was my first day on them and I feel wonderful! I FINALLY have some added energy since having mono has taken it all from me. I dont know if I should post what it is, seeing as though its so controvercial, but i'll give it a wirl and see what happens It's called Stimerex, I've done my research on the stuff and the amount of EPHEDRA (dont kill me) thats in it is safe. Its not like Stacker where it pumps you up to 900mph and then makes you crash, this is just a gentle energizer that lasts throughout the day. Also i'm taking Hoodia, which is an appetite suppresant(sp?), which makes you pee 100000 billion times a day. But I love the way I feel with them, I'm so happy to have some energy back!

                ok, well im gonna finish eating my green beans and then get into bed early! woo hoo! My poor 6lb chihuahua just started her first period! so shes running around with a little pad and underwear on, LOL, shes so cute! Shes all scared and shaky though, shes probably in so much pain. I feel bad for her! so im gonna curl in bed with her and relax. Maybe watch some re-runs of 'Friends' I LOVE that show!

                  S: walnuts
                  D: spaghetti squash with italian sausage and hamburger sauce. YUM.

                  also a couple of glasses red wine...
                  day three of working out vidiots style!!!! about to croak too!!!! LMAO!
                  I am starting my new job tomorrow... Pray for me!!!!!! I am scared, but I think it will be fine... I hope none of the little boogers give me **** like I did some of my teachers!!!!!

                    WOOOHOO that's excellent Rikki, and Speedy you do what ya need to do for you.

                    I am down 1 more Pound before all the Madness WOOHOO I was wondering when I would start Dropping. So that must be why I was sooo friggen hot yesterday and felt soo off.

                    Hey wanna know something really cool. OK so you all know I upped my protein. WELL, since I did so I don't feel like I need a coffee in the Morning I have enough energy without it. This rocks if I had known I would feel so good adding in 2 shakes I would have done it months ago. I tried to cut the coffee and felt like crap, well this is day 4 and basically since day 2 of Protein and I haven't even wanted one Weird hey, and I feel so alive and have such vitality. WOW. This is fab and I thank you guys in supporting me on my decision to do so and such. It means a lot.

                      Oh my goodness and I was looking at my back yesterday and HOLLY crap I am cutting out I can see the muscles bulge in my shoulders and down my side when I flex you know how much work I have done and seeing this is freaken awesome. YAY I am such a weirdo LOL.

                        Hi guys! My job went well today, a couple boogers in teh first class but thats about it! Most people actually do care and want to learn in there...

                        foodwise- good, I need to drink more water. I think I am about to go exercise. Then it is planning what to do with the students! All of the schedules are different so some of them get almost 3 hours in there and some don't even get 2! Its nuts!!!!

                        Dinner, I am not srue yet..... something good though! I am hungry, I had a few walnuts and some lunchmeat to try to hold me over till then! ttyl!

                          You always have somehting Good I am Jealous.

                          I just finished my run YAY. And even know I only lost 4 pounds since my last BF test I lost .5% of Bodyfat so I guess that's good at least I hope so HA HA HA.

                          Any how I ran 5.5 miles and walked .5 total of 6 miles today EEk I need some water I'm thirsty

                                Great Job Sarah, woohoo! Teejay that is so awesome, 10 days, hooray!

                                I went out last night and had only low carb beer, hooray for me. Usually I'll have rum and diet but even that has caffeine. It's not perfect but it's better then the alternative.

                                Anywhoo, I woke up this morning still drunk so I didn't think it would be a good idea to try ramp it up, I might fall over and hurt something. I sobered up in the shower, got dressed and came to work. Eventhough today was supposed to be my day off. I just have to get one thing done very quickly and then I can run back home. You guys should see how I look today, I've got on flip flops, my hair is in a top not, and I'm wearing glasses! It all comes together for a nice, messy, look. Anywhoo, I'm off. Drinking a starbucks right now and am about to have something good for breakfast. Don't know what though, maybe tuna salad (blaaahhh) but I didn't plan better.
