Well, I need a challenge and I figured the best way to do it is to actually post it so that it is visible and I can't go back on it without embarrassment! I am not sure if there is a challenge that I could join halfway through or after it started so I am going to post my goals here and go from there.
I am going to set a goal of 1 month for now and then go from there.
#1 - NO MORE COFFEE ~ coffee has not stalled me in the past, however I have been getting headaches lately and I use Sugar Free flavored syrups in my coffee to sweeten it. Well the way I have it figured I probably use up all my sweetener allowance in the 2+ cups I drink a day!
#2 - PLAIN WATER ONLY ~ I have been drinking a lot of those flavored waters from the grocery store that are carbonated and have no sodium, calories or carbs, but they do have aspartame and while I have not had a problem in the past with aspartame, I am adding WAY TOO MUCH towards my use of sweetener. I drink 2 big bottles of those waters a day!!
#3 - 100 oz OF WATER DAILY ~ Need to up the intake of water!
#4 - EXERCISE ~ Go to Curves at LEAST 3 X's per week. I manage 1-2 days right now so I need to go at least the recommended 3 times per week.
#5 - REDO CLEAN INDUCTION ~ I would like to jump start this off by doing a clean induction for the first 2 weeks. I am hoping this will get me back into the proper frame of mind!
#6 - JOURNAL ~ This will be my hardest to do as time is a big problem for me. I want to journal daily in Fitday. This will be instrumental in my weight loss and getting me back on track.
Yeah, I know. Some of this seems just too easy to be a challenge but for me it is. Baby steps you know!
I am going to start my challenge officially on Friday since I need to go get scale batteries before I can do a start weight.
