  • ~~~Winter Onederland Challenge (FEB)~~~

    Well, another month and you guys have done great! I on the other hand need to ahem* do much much better.. I have slipped on my birthday but now I am doing induction again... so here are my february goals.... Its just 28 days I can do this!!!!!

    1. I will eat plenty of FRESH foods
    2. I will drink water and lots of it!
    3. I will exercise for at least 45 minutes a day 4 days per week
    4. I will post at least once a day! You guys gotta keep me on track!
    5. I gotta start taking those supplements again. I always kept them at the shop and since I am teaching I am only there to take them once a week. I will get them tomorrow!!!!
    6. I WILL PLAN----- failing to plan is indeed for me planning to fail!!!!!!


    Good Luck everyone!!! I know we can do this!!!!! Well, you guys have proved you can recently I just need a little push myself!!!! I can and I WILL do this!!!!! 190s here I come!!!!!

    I know you can do it, Rikki, you're so motivated!!!

    My goal for February:

    -Dont' fall off plan or binge!
    -Exercise every week-day
    -Goal for February 28: Get below 170!!

    I hope I can do it. I am pushing myself so hard that I am afraid of getting burnt out... Only 78 more days to prepare for Disneyworld!! I can't afford any screw-ups!

      Morning girlies.....
      Rikki- Glad you had a wonderful B-day and I don't blame you one bit for wanting to splurge. You are still doing wonderful.....you have been doing this long term and that is awesome.

      Mary-Wooo hooo you rock girl.....down to 179! yup I'm jealous too I so wanted to hit 170's by feb.! Keep it up you will be seeing goal before your wedding. Your stats are so impressive.

      Me- I'm at 183 right now.....while I'm happy about that I'm kinda bummed cause I really been working hard this month staying on strict induction and exercise everyday. I am pretty proud of myself, on the treadmill I walk a brisk pace for 2 minutes, use weights for my arms for a minute, then JOG for 2 minutes at 5.5, then start all over for the hour. I cannot believe I'm actually jogging (actually I can't believe my big *** is sticking with any type of exercise daily) but jogging, my knees have always been bad so this is very exciting for me to be able to do this.

      My goals in feb.
      1. Water, water, water
      2. get down to 170 in feb. (Yup 170 thats where I'm gonna be Feb. 28th)
      3. exercise daily
      4. stay on induction another month
      5. pamper myself a little more this month

        Thanks, Chrissy! Don't worry - you're doing great and your hardwork WILL pay off!! I was stuck at 187 for what felt like an eternity - then all of a sudden I was down to 182 in one week!! Our bodies just do the darndest things - but it will happen!!! Wow your exercise routine sounds intense!! I haven't pushed my treadmill past 3.8 yet.. I'm proud of myself for just going 3.5 consistently. And you do that for an hour, wow!! Trust me, your hard work is definitely going to pay off!!!!

        Well I'm off to stupid ol' work, take care everyone!!

          Hi guys just wanted to check in quickly. I jkust stopped at home to pick up workout clothes and I am off to go to work then to workout! sheesh, so busy these days!!!!!! I will tryt o check in when I get home. Hopefully it won't be late~! water-check, food, check- supplements, I will get them while I am at work! exercise is about to be a check, however I don't know why I cant count all the running around I do for it!!!! lol

                  Mary- Well I try to do it most days for an hour some days I dont......but do try to work out everyday. Geeeesh girly you are the incredible shrinking lady 177 nice stats. Those 170's just look sooooo great and I can't wait to get there. Wooo hooo I'm so excited for you!

                  Rikki- Yup sounds like you are crazy busy.......good thing about being busy sometimes we dont have time to even think and it keeps us on track. Don't forget to take a little "You" time.

                          Hey all! How is everyone doing? I am still going strong, my water was slackin a bit today I am not sure why. I think I didn't start drinking it early enough. We had snow this morning too and I worked pretty much all afternoon.. Well, tomorrow is the superbowl- I think we are going to some friends house so I am going to have to pick up something I can snack on or maybe take a meat and cheese or veggie tray over... who knows... Well, I am tired, time to settle in. I think i am going to start a new Laurell K. Hamilton book tonight.... sounds like a good idea, getting cozy with book in hand! Talk to you all later!!!

                            Hey Rikki - that sounds like fun!

                            I was working hard on some projects around the house that I've been meaning to do for a while. The kind that leave my arms all sore from using the screwdriver and tools, too tired to exercise, but probably aren't enough to count as my exercise.

                            I had a hard time today. I had to go to the mall with my fiance for something and for some reason today I was just really agitated and saw all the skinny girls walking by in the food court stuffing their faces and being all skinny and I was getting really crabby and when we came home, while I didn't binge thank goodness, I did eat about 400 more calories then I wanted to for the day.. and it was the first day in a LONG time where i actually considered cheating.. usually the thought never even crosses my mind.. Im weird, the closer I am to acheiving a goal, the harder it becomes to reach. Maybe I'm afraid of success, who knows... But I think I'm going to avoid public places for the next month or so and see if that helps me lose weight lol

                            On the other hand.. in order to make myself feel a little bit better, I decided to try shopping in a non-lane-bryant store.. For the past 4 years I have ONLY bought clothes from lane bryant, nowhere else!! I didn't know where to begin, and the closest store was Mervyn's so I went in and tried on some of their jeans.. I wasn't sure if the lane bryant clothing sizes would be in sync with other store's clothing sizes so I was nervous.. Right now I'm wearing a tight 14 (I can wear them out and sit in them but am much more comfortable without them on, if you know what I mean).. Anyway I was happy to see that they are the same!! So I decided to buy a size down.. Even though I'm not technically "into" my 14's yet, I'm close enough.. I bought a size of 12's for motivation. I Can't believe it.. Even if I can't fit into them yet, I actually bought a size 12.. taht's pretty cool!! So now my major goal is to fit into them before my wedding/honeymoon.. Ahh that would be bliss...

                            Anyway those are my ups and downs for the day. I'm sure the scale will read a little higher tomorrow, but hopefully it will get washed away by my hard work tomorrow. Hope all is well for everyone else, take care!!

                              I know what you mean about watching skinnies eat whatever they want! sheesh! I am the same way- I look, its not fair, however, I try to think about how most of tehm will come to be haunted by it later in life ... anywho- I just woke up and I need to change my siggy- I forgot so far!
                              I think I am going to try to go to the gym this morning if I can get out of teh subdivision(snow)... I need to go have some bacon and eggs and water! check in soon!
