I made it and got it stuck in Word, like a said before...Sadie showed me which program to download, and even went ahead and explained to me how to get mine outta Word! She is very good at that kinda stuff.
She actually made a few for me b/c I was having sure a hard time, and she actually made on w/ the same pic! LOL Great minds think alike I guess LOL

I have been VERY bad and have not eaten ANYTHING all day. I know, I Know. My stomach was in knots all day long and I felt sooo nausious, so better nothing, than you know what
I did 20 minutes on the elliptical today, and 300 crunches. I wanted to give up so bad at 10 minutes, but I just kept pushing....
I'm still hangin at 169.6, maybe a loss soon?? Either way, I'm exercising and eating right (except today) so I know I'm doing the best I can, which is enough for me

Welcome Falynangyl! Those are great goals! Our stats are very similiar. I started the 10th of January, at 183.4... That's cool, except I'm WAYYY shorter than you 5'2 rounding up LOL

Stephanie - congrats on your loss! I can't wait to see the 160's! Now I feel like shopping too! Was walking today, also did some yoga. I'm so sleepy right now. We didn't go shopping yesterday like I had planned. Instead, DH got a HUGE tattoo on his side, and he was moving all over the place lastnight, trying to get comfy. I was, of course, awake the whole damn time. Ahhh. He's wanted it forever, so I can't complain...too much
I really hope I lose something today...I've been such a good girl w/ exercising and EATING, yes Elsie I ate, and drinking all my water....
Valentine's Day is mine and DH first anniversary, so I hope he has something planned! LOL I'm getting another tattoo, b/c I don't want the chocolates or anything like that, so I'd rather get that.... I would LOVE to go out to eat though. That would be fun...maybe OutBack or something...I'm TERRIFIED of him making me choose b/c I want Olive Garden so bad, it's rediculous....Lord please help me...
