      ((((Cypress)))) Wow! I'm so sorry you are so sick! I hope you feel better Forst week of preschool MUST be hard for you! I cannot even think of letting my little Joey go to school! What a hectic week. Just try and take it easy. Great job staying where you're at! That's great. Just hang in there, next week will be better

        Thanks for the sympathy! And, no it isn't easy for your little one to do ANYTHING without you! I try to keep reminding myself that he is only there three hours and that I am going to be right back to pick him up! Turn your head and they will be married with children of their own (my hair just turned deep white at the thought!)...

              Hello everyone and welcome!

              jsj....update the chart for me. I lost 2 Pounds!!! Don't ask me how...haven't changed anything. So now am down to 183.

              I have been keeping a low profile since I have company right now. But am up this morning before anyone so thought I would pop in here and see how you all are doing!! Will be participating more once they leave.

              jsj...love the picture. What a nice looking family you have. You are looking really good....DH is a hottie ;^) and baby looks so precious!!!!

                    Hey Everyone. Just wanted to check in...I cheated last night which I'm super pissed about, but today is going MUCH better. Already have half mt water down, and I exercised..an hour on the elliptical and 30 situps and 300 crunches.

                    TOM is due thursday and I'm retaining from the chinese food Today I was 175!! I am so mad at myself. I am still shooting for 155 though. I know this water will drop...and I am working my butt off, literally, so I'm still shootin for it. If I don't make it, oh well, at least I tried my absolute hardest.

                    How's everyone today?? It's getting awefully boring in here..I'm lonely!

                    If you guys have lots going on, and the challenge is too much, no biggie, just lemme know!! I hope you guys have a GREAT WOOSHIE day!!!

                      Hey jsj!! I am here! No more cheating..okay?? You know it is not worth it. You know that the chinese food does not taste near as good as the feeling you get by saying no to it and the feeling you get that you let yourself down by cheating isn't worth it. I'm not saying you can never have it...I am saying that for now...while you are getting to your goal that you are strong enough to stay on plan. I know it!!! So you did it...you will up your water and exercise and hopefully you it won't cost you to much of a slow down and you will be stronger next time...RIGHT?!!! It's just food.

                      That was my gentle kick in the butt to you friend!! ;^)
                      As for me...gotta start getting my water in better. Getting 8 cups usually but would like it to be 12. Some cool news is I completely missed fitting into a pair of pants that I had saved for years...dug them out too late...they are now too big...LOL..LOVE IT!

                        Just popping in to say hello! I was bad last night too... too much alcohol... today was weigh in day but I know I am dehydrated so I will weigh in again tomorrow... but I like the number I saw today 193.6! yeah! if it will stay there that would be great!!!!

                        We will do better today though!!!! I am drinking a lot of water and goign to the grocery in a few to buy lots of good fresh foods!!!!!

                          Yea! Hey guys! It's so good to see you two.

                          Thanks for the kick in the butt I needed, Elsie LOL. It's so not worth it. I'm PUSHING water today...and I will until an hour before bed. I am a water balloon right now!! LOL. Congrats on missing out on them pants! That must have felt so great to put them on and...Whoops, they're back down again! LOL! You go girl.

                          Rikki, I just got back from the store myself. Got broccoli and green beans and sala veggies and meats and some cheese and pepperoni...not an all the time thing, but a just in case type deal, so I don't screw up again That loss is GREAT! I hope it does stay that low for ya! You're right we WILL do better today!!

                            Rikki...how does the alcohol affect your week? And do you stay on Atkins with everything else?? Just wondering because I have a ladies 4 day scrapbook weekend coming up that will involve shooters...LOL!

                              I do stay on with everything else. The alcohol makes me lazy! hehe, no gym for me today-

                                You guys are too funny!

                                I *cannot* wait until my 21st b-day! I know that I want to go to a really, really fancy restaurant and have *A* glass of their finest wine...hehe I know, I'm working on this whole, being classy thing! LOL! Maybe one Girls Gone Wild night, but that's it! LOL I'll be at goal by then, God willing, so I should be okay!

                                Ahhh, it's such a great feeling to know that your gonna be 21 (not until Nov 1st, but I know, I'm talkin like it's tomorrow!)..but it's kinda not a big deal, especially when your son is gonna be 1 and 1/2 years old! Kinda doesn't seem important. I dunno...we'll see when we get there, I suppose. It's funny how I thought being 21 ment you were *officially* grown up, yet I've already had a child...funny how life works out sometimes!

                                ANYHOW....

                                I had a great day today...got in all my water, ate all my veggies, exercised...I think I'm back on the right track, FINALLY! I am not weighing until Thursday. TOM should be here by then and any water that's gonna leave should be gone by then. I'm not going to discourage myself by getting on everyday, ya know?

                                Elsie, I LOVE scrapbooking! It's so much fun. That's mainly what I did when I was pregnant and on bedrest. Its cool! Take picture, okay?
