    casserole ws heavenly! I changed it up a bit but it was delicious! I used shredded chicken instead of cubed, adn I added about an ounce and a half of black olives to the mixture. I only made ahalf a batch too, and used about 2.5oz shredded cheese instead fo 3 ounces... here is the link!

    I just got done eating teh most wonderful casserole!!!! I found it on Linda's low carb and tweaked it a bit!!! I shredded the chicken instead of cubing it, and I only made 1/2 in a 8X8 baking pan, and I added 1.5 oz black olives and only used 2.5oz cheese...
    here is the link... YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!!! its good tho- be careful not to eat too much! I am glad I onnly made 1/2 a batch!

      I hope more of those pounds fall off! LOL
      I knew I wouldn't be able to stay away...oh well, I am a scale addict...I don't care too much what it says (well I do, but I won't give up)...but I HAVE to know where I'm at. Can we say OCD?? I'm on that thing twice a day!! LOL! Oh well...

      That sounds REALLY yummy Rikki, you gotta post a recipe! LOL Hope it was good!

          Good Morning Ladies! How are you doing this morning? I'm still sleepy.....*yawn*

          I really hope that I lost more water weight today! That would be such a great surprise I am going to get my nails done and probably find a nice place to go tanning...my Dad's wedding is in April and I don't want to be as pale as I am now. I glow in the dark! LOL!

          I'll be back later to report my exercise and weight!

            Hello again..just here to repost.. 171.6!!! I am so excited! I did update my siggy b/c I am, proud of that.

            I didn't exercise today b/c my back is still killing me, and workingout yesterday didn't help it..so today is a chill day for me. I still have 7 days til the end of February, and only 90 minutes off....so I"m fine! LOL I just don't want to make it worse, ya know? If it feels better later, I'll be on it!

              whoooo hooo thats awesome! I also weighed in a an all time low at 192.8! I am very excited!!!! I know I need to stay off tha scale, but for now, its moving and I wanna see it!!!!! LOL... I need to go change my siggy, get to teh store(I need new runners(shoes)). and get my butt to the gym... oh and make an eye appt.... I know I need new contacts!

                  thank you thank you! I am so proud of myself!!! I can't believe how hard I am working! If I can just keep it up and I will!!! I wanna lose 2lbs per week!!!!!!!!! You guys are donig great too!!!!!!!!!!! I just got back from the gym.. sweated my arse off... time for shower and dinner! I will try to check in a few!!!

                    Hey everyone!

                    Rikki, that is FANTASTIC!!!! I am so proud of you girl! You can do it!!!

                    So, I had 80 oz of water today, which I am proud of! AND..you guys are gonna be sp proud I just know it....
                    Okay, so DH wanted chinese for dinner..no biggie. I was gonna ask and see if the wings had sugar in the buffalo sauce. Well, she wasn't sure so I ordered a SALAD and plain wings..not sauce, but fried w/ skin. I made my own sauce with butter and hot sauce! They were so yummy! I wanted to cave SOOOOO bad, but I didn't! I stuck to my guns and gladly ate my salad and wings! I really thought it was going to be my down fall, but I made it through!

                    AND DH came to me today and decided he wants to eat "my way" and lose the 30 pounds he put on since he met me! He said he sees me losing weight so he knows it works. I am so excited to have him want to help himself, and I am a role model! Who woulda knew! LOL

                    Well, that's enough rambling outta me. I'm just so excited about all of these things!

                        Hi everyone! Welcome to everyone who joined since I last posted. Sorry it has been awhile but I have been swamped with work. JSJ when is your birthday? I think you mentioned it was coming up. On the 25th ill be 23. I am thinking about upping my 64oz of water a day to about 100oz. Have any of you noticed more success with more water? I FINALLY broke my mini-plateau so I am posting a loss of 2lb, which puts me at 169. Feels good to be in the 160's. So how has everyone been? I am about to try to get in some exercise. I hope everyone is well, and congrats on all the losses!

                          Rikki WEIGH to go on the new all time low! You are doing soooo good! Thanks for the recipe. I love that site and have made several things from there

                          Steph...I am so glad to hear that it is coming off. You are working hard. Big pats on the back for finding a way to have that chicken!!! You deserve to be so proud of you for that! What a huge step. Way to go on being a role model!!

                          Faly...I do better with drinking 12 cups than I do with 8. Congrats on getting to the 160's! I can hardly wait to be there myself one day!

                            Good Morning!

                            I am soooo tired right now! Agh..my back ache won't go away. In fact, it's getting worse! I am doing to call the dr and see what I should do. It's definately worse afetr I exercised Monday. I wasn't trying to hurt it, but thought maybe I could loosen up the muscles...Oh well, what can you do?!? I'm just frustrated b/c I know I can't workout like this but I want to!!!

                            (((((Heather))))) Hey! We missed you girl! Great job with the 2 pound loss, that's awesome! I do a LOT better with 100 ozs. I seem to lose mor consistantly that way..plus I have a LOT more WOOSHES when I drink lots. Good for you for upping it! Oh yea, I'm not gonna be 21 until November 1st....I know it's a while!

Oh man, I had to pick my DH up at a job site and the lady's house he was working on had a CReative Memories sticker on it!! WAHOO! I am so excited about that! I couldn't find a dealer anywhere!
