Hey there everybody.
It seems that their are a few people who want to join Challenges, but they are either over, or ending shortly. I wasn't going to start this until the Valentine's Day Challenge ended, but why not right??

The First Day of Spring in March 20th, about a month and a half away.
I can't think of a better way to welcome Spring this year, than by meeting a goal. It is the beginning of the warmer months, right?!?
I wanna look nice with my capri pants and cute shirts, and I'm sure you guys wanna look your best, too! Not to mention, being lighter when we go running!
My son's first Birthday is March 24th
...My goals are to
1.) Complete my Elliptical Challenge with flying numbers for Feb and March
2.)100 oz of high quality H2O
3.)300 crunches a day.
4.)Get Candidas under contral as best I can, eating, etc..
5.)Stay accountable.
6.)and lastly, I want to be 155 pounds by Joey's B-day.
I will complete my V-day challenge at 165, (fingers crossed) and that puts me at 10 pounds to lose in one month and 10 days.
Come and join me, you'll be glad you did.
