Yes, 2big. No cheating allowed in Gold Standard. Otherwise, you must start over in your day count from Day 1.

No vinegar includes items made with vinegar including mayo, mustard, etc. You can make your own mayo without it.

You also can not have herbs & spices other than salt & freshly ground pepper.

                    No fruit.

                    No dairy, except for eggs.

No sugar substitutes like Splenda is allowed. So, no diet sodas, too.

Basically, you are allowed to eat the following:

Fresh meat, fresh or frozen low carb veggies, eggs, salt, and freshly ground pepper.

I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Not really certain what kind of assignments to give out except for finding GS recipes, which is pretty limited.

I suppose we can discuss what types of foods are more likely to set you back to square one after being clean for 6 weeks. Then there's foods that are safer to add back as well. However, everyone is different in what can be added or not.

                            Re: Anti-yeast diet Challenge

fresh poultry is allowed too. Oh and you need to really wash your vegies cause they can get spores from theair or dirt in the growing and in the handling.

You know about not taking the garlic when you take your probiotics if you use garlic right?

I can tell you BeckySue was one cheatfree frustrated Atkineer for months till she found out she had yeast when her doc tested her. Once shegot treated pounds cam flying off and she was so happy. If you want her to asssit you you need to send her a PM with the URL of this topic and she will come cause Challenges aren't in theCandidda board and she might not see you down here.i know Little Nemo just started a yeast challenge too.

Maybe you could ask a mod to cut the running amuk out of your challenge so it will be easier to read for thechallees who mightwant to join.
