Ok, I've lost over 100 lbs and I'm in onderland. I've commandeered a little room of my own just off the kitchen and turned it into a home gym, complete with multigym, eliptical trainer, swiss ball and weights. I go for 2 hour walks 3 times a week. I run twice a week. I've got my bike all set up waiting outside my front door for going over to the farm. I've worn out one set of running shoes and two tracksuit bottoms. I've nearly matched my DH's weight (3lb to go...). I have 39lb left to go before I reach goal. And my 40th birthday is on August 18th.
The question is, how close can I get to being fit, healthy and at goal by my 40th birthday?
I'm going to post here every weekend and let you all know how I'm getting on!!
