Labor Day Challenge....anyone??? Only 6#!

Monday weigh in folks!!!! Ok, I can't officially report a weight loss this week, becaue I am having major water retention, but I lost an inch in three places on my upper body! I am happy. Hope you all have good news to share!

Good for you, Maribelle. I was down 3 and had a real bad day, so I didn't weigh in Monday.

I weighed in Monday 8/30/04 at 235.5, so moving right along!!

For my Monday weigh-in I was down 5.0 for the challenge. Just 1.0 more pound for this week to do it! I've been spinning my wheels the last few days and hope to get unstuck.

Awesome work, everyone! I had a minnie whooshie this morning, and got back down to 353 (had gone up to 360 with water). I'm still showing some swelling, so I hope to get rid of all the excess water by Monday, so I'll know how much more I lost. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Well everyone, I am addicted to my scale. Since I'm going to be away camping for Labor Day weekend, I wanted to report: AS OF TODAY I DID IT!

I have completed the 6 pound challenge. It's going to be a beautiful weekend!! :joy ha

Kk pmed me this morning, and not only made the challenge but PAST IT with a 10 pound loss!!!! I guess in a way, I succeeded too, since I got back up to 361, and am now back down to 355. My measurements were all a 1/2 inch smaller to 1 inch! So...happy Labor Day for me, and I hope for everyone else!
