    Oh dear Pladd at least you got back on and are clean right now. We've all had times where this has happened but, you have to try and have stuff on hand incase of these things happening. I am in the Same bot my hubby nad kids don't really follow atkins and I make them un Atkins stuff all the time. The key is having quick grab stuff that you can have so you are not tempted by what they are eating and then you have something for you to eat.

      Hey Just finished 4 miles in 45 minutes it was a brutal run I was going from 5.5 to 7.5 MPH in intervals. It makes the run go soo much faster this way YAY me.

              Oh yea, I have been COMPLETELY cheat free!! No cheats, not even on Joeys B-day or his party. I made pasta salad, got cake, eclairs, all kinds of stuff for everyone, but I didn't cheat! I am very happy! LOL

                        TOM is leaving here shortly so the scale is moving again. I'm down to 160.6
                        I have 9.4 more to go before my Dad's wedding on April 22nd. I wanna lose 10 pounds from 161.2 so I've lost what.. .6 Thats a decent start! LOL. I know I can do this. Gotta exercise and kick my booty into high gear! Gonna do lots of situps, too. The dress is skin tight and not forgiving at all.

                        I am going to get one of those body shaper things, b/c I had a c-section and lose skin from Joey, LOL. I am going to help myself as much as possible though.

                          OH yay TOM is leaving mine is comming and I am Bloated sooo bad and it's 10 days before YUCK I hate this stuff it sucks.

                                K just finished Working out took 1 hour 10 minutes OUCHEY my legs are shaking. OUCHEY WOWOW!!

                                This is how it went today.

                                Lunges Drop Set 12x25lbs,6x20lbs,6x15lbs,8x10lbs (No rest between sets)
                                1 legged ham curls Dropset 10x50lbs,10x40lbs,10x30lbs,10x20lbs (no rest between sets 1 leg at a time)
                                Standing Calf raises Dropset 10x130lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs,10x100lbs( no rest between sets)
                                1 legged Cable Pulls 10x40lbs,10x40lbs,10x40lbs,8x40lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets alteranting legs)
                                Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x130lbs,10x130lbs,10x130lbs,8x130lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                                Seated Calf Raises 10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                                Side Lunges 6x20lbs,6x20lbs,7x20lbs,8x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                                Ham Curls 7x40lbs,7x40lbs,7x40lbs,7x40lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                                standing calf raises Stair 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW ( 1 minute rest between sets)

                                I really feel like I got a great workout today my legs are shakey of course I will know later how my body reacts to today.
