    Hi still doing well but trying to qiut coffee and diet soda only one a day but scared it will delay weight loss, Are you guys losing with caffiene or no??

      I was having caffeine and still lost it all depends on the person. I love my Coffee too but since I ahve to have cream in my coffee I thought I better get rid of it as Cream is a major Staller for me. ACK I love it though soo much. YOU CAN DO IT KRYSTAL, just keep trying over the course of years I tried and tried and tried and Finally this time it Stuck. Way to go on Kicking the Cherry coke habit your body will thank you Drink lots of water, and Pick up some Chromium Picolinate for cravings and the other one is it Glucosamine??? Csn't remember DUHHH. If you can get throgough one week you will be set COMMON girl 1 week for me I want you to COMMITT to 1 week Challenge and do it. Be Prepared have a Stash in a Backpack with all the stuff you can have. It's a good idea to stock that Puppy with Lots and lots of stuff cause if you're hungry eat. Be sure to Pack a Lunch have you tried the Whey Pancakes in the Other recipe forum a little concotion from me they are really YUMMY and replace bread pretty well so you can make sadwiches.

      I hope you all ahve a Great Easter Weekend I have to get some snackies for this weekend cause there is usually only turkey for me to eat ACK oh well. I'll still do Fab I have for the past Um teen Festivities. I just Bring my DIet coke my water and Eat a ton of Turkey ROFL.

          Can I join you guys? I'm cheat-free 11 days now. Dessert is my worst enemy. I do really well for a while, then I cave in to dessert and then binge for a week or more. I did really well on Easter, though. My church had a dinner on Sunday and there was an entire table devoted to desserts. There were probably 40 desserts. I didn't have one bite!! Although I couldn't keep my mind off of it all day (even after we left). Well, I've been reading your posts for a while. So, I thought I'd join. You guys are doing great!

              13 days cheat-free. The scales went up a pound this morning. Oh well, It'll come off eventually. I'm at 155.5 today. How is everyone?

                Of course you can Join anybody is welcome I am sortry I haven't been around I have been so busy with my Yard and everything EEEK. It's nutty I am keeping up with all myexercise and stuff just haven't been online as much I already have a nice tan going on it was Gorgeous today OH I love this nice weather I love Spring WOOHOOOOO. Fat doesn't stand a chance.

                Great Job on being cheat free and getting through TOM you are Doing sooooooo great.

                  Hi guys! Did you miss me??? I hope so, and I hope I am welcomed back.

                  I have decided that I am sick and tired of putting everything and everyone in front of me. So I am here, ready to jump back into the ICES challenge.

                  I feel bad for being away so long, it's been a tough semester, not making any excuses for myself though, I suck, I know. But I am recommitting to coming on here and catching up with you guys. It keeps me legal, it's an important part of my program and I know it, I just have been putting everything else before ME lately.

                  I am sick of doing that. I have an increadibly busy life, as we all do but I am here, and I am not leaving! I haven't gone off atkins or anything, but I did get really lazy on my food choices. I am getting squeeky clean from here on out. I started induction this morning and will do it by the book.

                  I hope that you guys can forgive me for being gone so long, I feel like a totalsh*t about it already, so please don't be too hard on me. I really missed all of you ((hugs)).

                      Thanks Sarah, I started pretty good this morning. I made eggs with cut up beef hotdogs. It was really good, but I could only eat about 2/3rds of it. I threw the rest away after I was full. Something I'm really proud of, I used to finish all of my food regardless if I was still hungry or not. Yeay me!

                      Ok, well I have some ham here that I am gonna eat for lunch, and I'll probably get a small salad for my vege intake for the day.

                      I'm not workign out yet, I'm kind of scared to start, as always. But I have set a day, May 1st and that is that, that's when I am starting again, no matter what!

                        Make sure you are speading you Veggies throughout the day K not just at 1 sitting have a small salad at Luch and another small one at supper K.

                          will do, I didn't have any with lunch but I had some cheese, so there were some carbs there. I plan on having my 1 cup of cauliflower tonite, mashed potato style, I am so excited!

                          I will sneak in two cups of other veges in here throughout the day, I might not get the full 2 cups but most of it.

                          I need to plan better, hopefully i can get to the grocery store, I love having cucumbers sliced at work, that would be a great way to get all my veges in.

                              Hey how is everyone doing today?

                              I did pretty great, this is what I have eaten so far:

                              Breakfast:
                              Mock Danish

                              Lunch:
                              Chicken Salad
                              1/2 cup mushrooms
                              1 small avocado

                              Dinner: ? who knows, something yummy I hope.

                              I did really good with my water so far, about 50 oz. so far, got 22 oz. to go.

                                OMG, I feel like I have been racing all day!

                                This morning I had an appointment with a prof. at 10:30. Directly after that I went to watch a lecture on tape at the library, i raced to my office ate lunch while I studied for 35 minutes. I went to take the exam and just got back. I haven't stopped all day, this si the first time.

                                Phew, luckily I was prepared for the day and so I ate really well.

                                Breakfast:
                                2 HB eggs

                                Lunch:
                                1/2 cup chicken salad
                                1 cucumber with hot sauce
                                3 oz. of cheese (munster and chedder)

                                I have only had about 30 oz. of water so far but I will catch up! Ok, I'm off have a ton more things to do before the end of the day and it's already 3! Yikes!!!
