I am new here (Day 4). I have not been exercising yet, but I just got the Walk Away the Pounds DVD today. I need some sort of challenge to get me moving.
How about a 4th of July Challenge? Is anyone interested? My goal is to walk at least one mile a day on five days of the week. Will anyone take me up on my challenge?
