An exercise commitment! No big deal, but, I'm going to our little private Beach (there's over a 100 people there... so, it's not so private...lol) where we have like 100 steps up and down to make it to the sand. I can make it down. But, making it back up might take me till Sunday...lol. So, if you don't see me writing you'll know why! My goal will be to run up those steps by sometime next year (Silly me). My next goal - to get Silly out here to walk them with me one day (ha ha).
I know dear BF is loving the emotional/mental changes in me too. It's absolutely true that losing the weight helps us to feel better about ourselves. But, your doing incredible workouts which releases seratonin, which is like taking a mood stabilizer everyday. It really does enhance the way you feel about everything - your outlook changes. That's why it's important that I do more than just walk. A really good workout is the best for changing your outlook on life in many ways!

Today the weather was decent so we went to the park and we ate there
