    Morning all I will be doing Upper body weight training today I'll tell ya Joy how nastie and sore I am after ROFL. It'll be sooo great.

    Welcome all newcomers HE HE Glad you could be here today.

    I am up in weight big time this morning DAMN chicken Broth LOL. Seriously I am sooo salt sensitive to give you an Idea I was 185 yesterday and today I am 192 ROFL NICE hey. I don't know why my body hates salt but holly heck I ahve to watch it. I did totally enjoy my soup though.

      Good morning my lovelies! My pants feel extra big this morning! That and it's Friday and it's payday. . . . I'm a happy camper!

      BJS - I am so sorry about your puppy. I know how difficult that is and you have my deepest sympathies.

      Sarah - Happy Birthday to your son!!!! Regarding salt, have you tried NuSalt? It's a salt alternative made from potassium. I got the tip from Sugar Free Sheila's website. I've found it really helps me to avoid the ankle bloat I get when I eat salt!!

              OK joy I can tell you this that workout is FREAKEN KILLER. I can hardly Move my Arms they are sooo fatigued I finished it in 35 minutes so not too bad and I feel more sore then the hour wokrout which is good right.

              This is what I did today.

              Seated Press Dropset 15x70lbs,12x60lbs,8x50lbs,8x40lbs,6x30lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick Change Seated Chest Flies Superset 25x40lbs
              3 minutes rest
              Tricept cable Press Dropset 12x80lbs,10x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs,7x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick change Tricep Overhead ext Superset 25x40lbs
              3 minute rest
              Bent over Rows Dorpset 7x140lbs,7x130lbs,6x120lbs,7x110lbs,6x100lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick change Behind neck Pulls Superset 30x40lbs
              3 minute rest
              Spider Curls Dropset 6x90lbs,6x80lbs,6x70lbs,5x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick change Standing cable Curls Superset 25x50lbs
              3 minute rest
              Upright Rows Dropset 12x70lbs,10x60lbs,9x50lbs,8x40lbs,8x30lbs ( no rest between sets)

              OMG I can't tell you how much I was sweating how sore my arms are WHAT a freaken AWESOME workout I feel like I am really gunna get some wicked results with this one.

                    OMG Sarah, you're scaring me!!! LOL not really...

                    I'm starting that workout you gave me on monday and back to my cardio on Tuesday.

                    Got the pool vacuumed out today and got some sun with my new bikini on...and wouldn't you freakin know it...but NOT ONE DROP of sun on all that glaring white, but everywhere I already had some color is red!!! Grrrr!!!

                          K I decided to change it Up a bit for myself Cause I haven't basically lost in 6 months so here I am I am gunna drop my fat ratios up my protein rations and also add a bit more carbs back in the form of low G as according to Dr A. I have to try something who knows I got to tweak and see where it goes. bsaically I will up my veggies and my Low G fruit and berries Drop the fat some I ahve been really eating a lot of Mayo I don't need to and Up my protein an bit to get it in the 40% range.

                          We'll see how it goes and see how my body responds

                              Goal: 1" from each and maybe more hip would be kinda cool too

                              May 18th June 18th

                              Chest 34 Chest 35 (huh?)
                              Boobs 37 Boobs 37 Same
                              Ribcage 33 Ribcage 33 Same
                              Waist 32 Waist 31 -1"
                              Hips 40 Hips 39 -1" (Thank you very much!)
                              Thighs 22 Thighs 20 -2"
                              Bicep 11.5 and mushy! Bicep 11 -.5 and still mushy

                              Well, considering I am UP ONE POUND TODAY (not changing ticker) I actually lost inches since Mother's Day. So, that makes me feel really great and there's the proof, that sticking to this WOE you can lose inches even if you're not losing poundage. Hallelujah!
