  • Miles Per week Challenge

    This is for anyone who walks Bikes runs, Anyone who keeps track of there milage. I ahve to start this cause basically I ahve gotten lost somewhere and the thing I truely Love to do Running Is getting lost as well so As of this week. I am Pledging to Run 25 miles per week starting tomorrow. I will do this FOr me anyone wanna join if not that's ok I wanna challenge for me!!!

    I figured out my miles for the HIITing and for the cardio and it is 35.5 each week so I will be joining you for some moral support. are you posting daily or weekly?

      I am Gunna Post Daily so YA it will be nice to ahve some Moral Support I need it right now I ahve been Not doing so well lately between Mirgains and Sick and everything elese. Today I will do weights cause I ahve a Migrain tomorrow I will run.

        Well I am guessing with all the Sprinting I did playing soccer I ran 2 miles yesterday so I will put that in my running talley HE HE.

        Today I will do weights and if it's not too terribly hot in my sauna I will run today for a bit don't wanna heat the house up too much on the TM!!

            With the Kids it was FUN. The oldest it was nastie Damn those kids are fast I was sprinting up and down the field and it was one heck of a workout.

              K I did it I ran for 5.2 miles today YAY me 60 minutes of Pure running man it felt good to do it.

              I lifted weights Stright after this is what I did.

              Front Bicep Curl Cable Dropset 13x80lbs,12x70lbs,10x60lbs,10x50lbs, 8x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick change Standing cable curls superset 20x50lbs
              3 minute rest
              Tricep Ext Dropset 8x90lbs,8x80lbs,7x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
              Quick change Overhead Dumbell EXT Superset 20x10lbs
              3 minute rest
              Seated Rows Dropset 15x130lbs,13x120lbs,10x110lbs,10x100lbs,12x90lbs (no rest between sets)
              Quick Change Back Flies Superset 20x10lbs
              3 minute rest
              Upright Rows Dropset 10x80lbs,10x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs,7x40lbs (no rest between sets)
              Quick change Front Raises 25x10lbs
              3 minute rest
              Seated Machine flies Dropset 15x50lbs,12x40lbs,12x30lbs,10x20lbs,10x20lbs ( no rest between sets)

                I just got my legs done OHHHH Nastie it was a great Workout I feel it.

                Front Squats Dropset 15x130lbs,12x140lbs,12x130lbs,12x120lbs,12x110lbs, 14x100lbs (no rest between sets)
                Quick change Leg Press Superset 30x110lbs (OUCH)
                3 minute rest
                1 legged Ham Curls 12x60lbs,12x50lbs,10x40lbs,10x30lbs,10x20lbs ( no rest between sets)
                Quick Change Decline Pelvic Tilts Superset 30xNW
                3 minute rest
                Standing Calf Raises Dropset 15x140lbs,12x130lbs,12x120lbs,10x110lbsm10x100lbs ( no rest between sets)
                Quick Change Seated Calf raises Superset 30x120lbs
                3 minute rest
                Killer Ups Dropset 12xBW,12xBW,10xBW,8xBW,8xBW ( no rest between sets)

                Yup it was a gooder EEEK my abs are sor my legs are shaking it's all good.
