    I made it past day 2 which was sooooooooooooo hard because of all the halloween candy around last night. I made my daughter hand it out so I wouldn't be tempted and I made sure she got rid of all of it so there wouldn't be any in the house! And so far for Day 3 I'm doing good!! I just gotta get past the weekend!!
    Like I'm gonna let that happen! Brady and I are buds, but I won't let that get in the way of staying ahead of him. I haven't 'really' cheated in many months. I counted eating too much legal food and after 7:00 p.m. as cheating when I went down to day one again. I want to get to goal too bad now to let anything get in the way. I've just been through three weeks of family picnics, eating out with family and cooking stuff I love without eating any, and didn't mind one bit. I've had serious surgery and TOM at the same time. I'm stubborn and determined. I'm weighing in tomorrow for the first time since before surgery. I'm looking for a few pounds gone.

        You know, I'm behind a day. I just looked at my food journal and today is day 40. Day 40 has a nice ring to it!

                    You can make it through the weekend just fine! I know you can. After you get the first weekend under your belt, you will be on your way! One day at the time! Plan ahead--never leave yourself without tasty legal food to nosh on!

                      Thanks guys! The only reason I WILL BE cheat free this weekend is so that I can post it on Monday! Let me tell you, this is really helping. Not only do I want the scales to go down but I want to be able to be as good as you guys for cheat free days!!
