Folks, I'm here to admit to just finishing day 1 AGAIN! My life is topsy-turvy and I ate way too much legal stuff and then caved to non-legal stuff. Back on track today and as I will be at UVA all day tomorrow with my brother who is having brain surgery, I have ready a bunch of legal stuff and several bottles of water. It's all ready to go. I have an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow afternoon, but it is at the same hospital.

Day 2 complete! Just wanted to give you great people an update on my brother's brain surgery. The good news is that my brother came through the surgery with flying colors. They were able to remove ALL of the tumor, instead of only part of it. He was awake, talking and able to move all extremities and correctly identify objects by 9:00 p.m. last night! He's still in ICU, but doing well. Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts! They were greatly appreciated by my family.
It was an extremely stressful day, but I was able to stay on track by packing lots of legal stuff. I didn't even eat it all. I was in so much pain and so stressed by the time I left at 11:00 p.m. for the long drive home, that I almost gave myself permission to cheat when I got home. I was thinking of all things I would love to eat and planned to stop at the store, but somewhere on the long drive, I started thinking how proud my brother and other family members are with my weight loss and didn't even want to eat when I got home.
Thanks again for being here for me!

Hey Bekka and Richard, welcome to the cheat free thread!
If you cheat you need to start counting from day 1 again. If you mean do you need to reinduct again, then it depends on the length and severity of the cheat. Mostly it is best to hope on where you left off.

The icon is sort of a pain, but not too hard to do. You have to manually change the number every day. You just paste this URL using the image button (looks like a mountain) http://dom.bz/c/2.jpg into your signature and put the correct number in each day. This will result in a graphic reading cheat free forOriginally posted by todd4005
